High School Girls Admitted to Making False Sexual Assault Accusations Against a Male Student Because They 'Just Don't Like Him'
Lawyer says his client "was basically being tortured in school by the other students."

Seneca Valley School District in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is facing a lawsuit from a former male student who was forced out of school—and investigated for sexual assault—due to a series of false accusations made by female students.
The girls—dubbed "mean girls" in the lawsuit, a reference to the 2004 Lindsay Lohan film—admitted on tape that they made up the assault story. One said, "I just don't like him" and "[I] would do anything to get him expelled," according to The Toronto Sun.
The false allegations were life-derailing for the accused, who is referred to as "T.F." in the lawsuit. On October 3, 2017, one of the girls told other students that T.F. had sexually assaulted her at a pool; a Seneca Valley guidance counselor overheard the accusation, and reported it to Childline, the state's child abuse prevention agency, as required by law. T.F. was swiftly charged with indecent assault and harassment, and received six months of probation as part of a plea deal.
Months later, in March of 2018, T.F. was again falsely accused, according to the lawsuit. Another girl invited him over to a house party; a few days later, she told the school guidance counselor that T.F. had broken into her home and sexually assaulted her. The lawsuit claims she was coached by T.F.'s first accuser. As a result of this accusation, T.F. was charged with assault and criminal trespassing. He was removed from school in leg and wrist shackles, and spent 9 days in juvenile detention.
The lawsuit elaborates on a number of other indignities T.F. suffered:
He was released on house arrest on April 18, 2018, with an ankle monitor, and specific instructions from [Juvenile Probation Officer] Michael Trego that he could not tell people about the ankle device, and he could not wear shorts or other clothing that revealed the ankle device, even though it was during some of the hottest days of summer. He was not permitted to have any visitors, phone, or internet access, and could not leave the house except for therapy, which he requires to deal with the psychological trauma he suffered, and to attend church. After 28 days, he was allowed outside the house only to mow his lawn, which he had to do in long pants regardless of the temperature. He was unable to play during most of the high school baseball season and was told by the Athletic Director that she was not sure he could play baseball because every time he was wearing a Seneca Valley jersey, he was representing the school. T.F. was unable to play baseball or work at his summer jobs for part of the summer.
By the end of the summer, the conspiracy against T.F. was unmasked: other students came forward with Snapchat messages that contradicted the claims of the "mean girls," who eventually admitted to lying. All charges against T.F. were dropped.
But T.F.'s family is understandably distraught that the girls have suffered no consequences: neither the police nor the school district have taken any action against them, according to the lawsuit. And so the family is pursuing legal action against the girls' parents, the school district, and the district attorney.
T.F's attorney, Craig Fishman, did not respond to a request for comment, but he told Penn Live that his client "was basically being tortured in school by the other students and investigators, but the administration was only focused on protecting the girls who were lying."
In a statement, a spokesperson for the school district said that privacy laws prevented officials from commenting on specific details of the lawsuit, but that they believe it is "without merit."
"We have followed all applicable laws, and we will vigorously defend ourselves throughout the process," the statement read.
On Monday, School Board President Jim Nickel said that "there is quite a bit of misinformation and misperception out there."
"Just because something is contained in a lawsuit complaint does not mean that it's fact," he said.
From the school's perspective, it had no choice but to involve Childline when it learned about a possible sexual assault. And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school.
These are valid points, and it may very well be that the school did everything it was required to do. I'm making note of this case because of the national conversation we seem to be having about the existence of false sexual assault accusations in the wake of the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. False accusations may not be common, but they do happen. To pretend otherwise, as fourth-wave feminism's believe-all-victims mantra demands, is to ignore a large number of cases involving young people—often young black men—wrongly accused of sexual misconduct.

Hopefully the canard about how there's really no reason or incentive for women to ever make false accusations will die in a fire.
I agree. I also hope the parents of those "mean girls" die in a fire. I mean, what kind of person raises a kid that thinks it's okay do something like that because they don't like someone?
These parents should be only slightly less ashamed than the parents of Jeffrey Dahmer, if you ask me.
The ends always justify the means to a leftist
You can just say Jew.
All leftists are jewish?
Tony needs someone to resort to racism to argue. Without that, what's he going to do, engage with their actual arguments?
And honestly, after I wrote it I realized I had generalized, and was ready for backlash. Then Tony shows up and one ups me.
So I'll say it better now: this group of girls is already behaving like the indoctrinated leftists... their victimhood is virtue, truth be damned
Not bloody likely
No, but you're accusing people of having politics you know nothing about, and you're talking about them like dumbshit neonazis talk about Jews. Like some kind of alien enemy with no redemption possible. "Leftists." You're a brainwashed Republican partisan media propaganda victim. As a good "leftist" I do see you as a victim. But while you heal, do the world a favor and don't vote.
""No, but you're accusing people of having politics you know nothing about, and you're talking about them like dumbshit neonazis talk about Jews."'
Actually that describes a lot of the anti-Trump crowd.
Tomy is describing himself. And Tony IS a big racist.
When conservatives start using it as a tactic to take out people, then you can talk.
They are actually putting people in cages for the crime of being Latino.
""They are actually putting people in cages for the crime of being Latino.""
You really have to be ignoring the context to think this.
Being Latino isn't a crime and it's pretty moronic to think so.
"They are actually putting people in cages for the crime of being Latino."
Does it hurt being that ignorant Tony?
Or just normal for a Progressive serf?
Truly sad that you continue to publicly display your ignorance.
Tony, the girls in this case behave the way Leftist Feminists behave. That isn't PROOF that they are Leftist scum.....but it is a reasonable inference.
The Establishment Left has worn out any benefit of the doubt they might have been due, at lesdt on a social level.
And, just for the record, when one side of a political rift is fielding gangs of masked thugs to destroy property and assault their political opponents, it isn't the other side that springs to mind when one thinks of the term 'Nazis'.
But then, a Socialist is a Communist is a Fascist is a Nazi. Only the uniforms and the excuses change. The behavior is a constant.
When Tony's compatriots start in with the Jewhate they code it as "Zionism" or "Israel".
WTF does this story have to do with Latinos, FFS? You sound like a Nazi Brownshirt yourself.
Just another anti-American guerrilla warfare martyr wannabe.
Tony accuses other people of talking like leftist like "dumbshit neonazis talk about Jews."
Then he immediate refers to republicans like "dumbshit neonazis talk about Jews."
Nothing to see here, move along, move along.
Tony makes the case for late term abortion
All jews are leftist?
He's saying all leftists are jews.
Considering my friends I have to disagree.
Though I know one leftist jew, she was gorgeous and had beautifully tattooed massive tits and she took me for a ride. (yes, I pointed to her that her religious text prohibits tattoos, she's not all that observant)
She was absurdly tallented and smart, except that she was a rabid leftist and feminist.
So, if any juice obsessed nazi wants to call me a jew lover, well, the sex wasn't good for me but she was hot as fuck, so sign me in. 10/10 would do it again.
(I also banged a nazi girl, sex was better but she was violent, 10/10 wouldn't do it again and which ever fool falls for the same trap deserves what's coming.)
What a repulsive thing to write.
Okay, jewboy.
And that was the day that all the commentators knew Tony was insane
Was I always this cracked in the head, or is this recent?
Seriously the more I see of Past Me the more disgusted I am.
I can't speak for everyone else, but I've known that for quite some time.
+1
That's some persecution complex you have.

What does juice has to do with any of this?
Why are you so obsessed over juice?
It's just juice man, it's good for your health.

Or maybe Jamaican? Nationalsocialists aren't particularly fond of caribe?os either.
Jews follow the ten commandments. Does the phrase "thou shalt not bear false witness" mean anything to you, rent-boy?
Go fuck yourself.

I think what Tony was trying to say is that attributing some moral failing to all members of a political orientation is like attributing it to all members of a religion, which would be repulsive.
Obviously, if I am correct, he did so in a clumsy, offensive way.
Plus, I think he's wrong. I have no problem whatsoever attributing moral failings to all Nazis, and to almost all Communists. With a broader political category like "leftists", the generalization is more likely to be wrong, but it doesn't make the act of generalizing immoral.
It would be more likely to be wrong if the left didn't scared away anyone to the right of mao.
Nowdays it's just as likely to be wrong.
In the words of that great philosopher, Forrest Gump:
Progressive is as Progressive does!
I love it when liberal apologists fall over themselves in order to explain what a dickhead "really means" Tony is a troll who offers nothing.
That is a remarkably collectivist statement for someone on a libertarian page to make. You are saying ALL leftists are the same in this regard? That is really silly. Do you imagine that all leftists are marching lock step along all saying the same thing? As a social psychologist, I know better.
Uh, leftists are collectivists. They don't tolerate diversity of thought.
Actually, marching in lock step is what its all about. Dissent is not tolerated, comrade.
See Prolife Democrats as an example.
I think I can smell insincerity when it rears it's ugly mug...especially coming from a phony yet smug "social psychologist"
The ends justifying the means is actually a prime tenet of ideas and policies that fall on the 'left' side of the political spectrum.
'You have to break a few eggs...." "For the greater good..."
The ends justifying the means is more an operating instruction of the left, a foundational idea that is used fairly universally.
It is part and parcel of their outcome based strategies.
This is not 'collectivizing', it is not even generalizing. If you think of yourself as a leftist then you believe this.
No, that's letting them off too lightly.
The parents and their daughters should be horribly injured and irreparably disfigured in a house fire they nonetheless survive.
The parents and their daughters should be horribly injured and irreparably disfigured in a house fire they nonetheless survive.
If the parents are unrepentant, vile, and manipulative and these apples didn't fall far from the tree, I agree. However, I could see the parents honestly bewildered about how they raised their daughters to be honest and trustworthy and completely legitimately aloof as to how the girls did what they did.
I don't know the Weier or Geyser families but I don't think I'm wrong in assuming that they didn't instill a firm belief in slender man in their children.
And then someone should stream an obese man sexually eating their charred bodies.
"The parents and their daughters should be horribly injured and irreparably disfigured in a house fire they nonetheless survive."
What about the people who push the "women never lie" crap argument? Without knowing they had that backing, do you suppose some of the ones who did lie might not have?
"What about the people who push the "women never lie" crap argument?"
I wonder if schools still make kids read To Kill a Mockingbird. I had to read it in 8th grade.
#SPOILER ALERT# the whole premise is that sometimes a woman can and will lie, especially when it's to retaliate against someone she doesn't like, such as a guy who is annoyingly and persistently black in a white-dominated society.
I suspect that book (and the Gregory Peck movie it spawned) is verboten today because of it's very un-PC message of not always automatically believing women, especially when they may have an axe to grind.
Not allowed to read since a few people in the book say bad words, so the book is racist and can be banned (or burned). See Huckleberry Finn.
No, because that particular case involves a white trash white woman, on public assistance no less, accusing a noble disabled black man. It is widely agreed that the wrong sort of white woman will lie about anything.
Not by the wrong sort of woman or man.
Those we call feminists as they do us a favor to mostly identify as that.
"It is widely agreed that the wrong sort of white woman will lie about anything."
Like voting wrong and denying Hillary HER TURN.
Bill and Hillary proved this in spades (is that racist?)
Actually, the woman (Mayella) didn't lie because she was retaliating against Tom Robinson. She lied because her boozing, racist father had found her with Robinson and she had to make up a story that Robinson had forced himself on her.
I doubt it's verboten, considering the Harper Lee's _first_ novel was finally published to considerable and mostly-positive commentary three years ago. Those that weren't impressed by it weren't complaining about political-incorrectness, but thinking that Lee made the correct decision 60 years ago when she shelved it and reworked the same central characters and incidents into a very different story - and did it so well that she never thought she could write another story as good. And some critics think that someone took advantage of Lee's age and illness to extract her agreement to finally publishing it.
IIRC, I found a used copy for 25 cents shortly before I moved this summer, and someday I'll unpack the right box and add it to the pile to read. But I am prepared for disappointment. Most great writers threw away at least one book before hitting their stride, and I think usually they were correct to do so. E.g., Robert Heinlein put the manuscript of Beyond This Horizon away in the 1930's. It was discovered and published after his death, maybe 60 years later. It's not bad, but it's not as polished as I expect from Heinlein...
Quite probable that their teachers were pushing some "believe all women" bullshit and the girls were caught up in the outrage and hysteria.
No, kids are vicious. There's nothing new here other than weaponizing 'child safety' such that the guidance counselor was required by law to get the law involved, before any investigation of the merits or lack thereof.
The kids haven't changed, the legal environment has, and that precedes "believe all women" by a considerable period of time.
I hope the next time these little cunts make the accusation, it's true and no one believes them. Karma.
Agreed. In the past a different kind of prejudice fueled this kind of thing.
Like racism. In the end the ones being targeted by the miscarriage of justice and lack of due process will mostly be the vulnerable ones.
And the call for ditching due process shows how much these feminists care about black men, which is nothing, at all.
"kids are vicious."
No kidding. I was in grade school when "zero tolerance" policies regarding fighting went into effect, and it took mere months for kids to weaponize them. They would spend months trying to isolate and provoke kids they didn't like, and then use any physical retaliation (or even a desperate threat of it) to sic the school staff on that kid.
The result was the yuppie grade-school version of street gangs; if you didn't have a clique to protect you, then you were an easy target. (I think that's why my generation doesn't defend free speech. We never had it.)
As for the lack of consequences for women who make false accusations, here's another example:
http://www.startribune.com/u-p.....416986764/
we can brand them or make them wear patches ... wait
I also hope the parents of those "mean girls" die in a fire.
I hope, 35 yrs. from now, they get nominated to SCOTUS and T.F. manages to convince the Judiciary Committee to cunt-punt them to the curb.
Nice.
Not everything is the parents' fault.
It wasn't all that long ago that society expected parents to teach their children essential moral and social standards. No more. Now we expect parents to delegate that duty to schools, day care and athletic coaches. No surprise that young people look increasingly to their peers.
It wasn't all that long ago that society expected parents to teach their children essential moral and social standards.
And that explains why, until public schooling was introduced, only people without parents committed crimes.
Do you think Hillary Clinton's parents raised her to be a pathological liar, it was a learned trait, or some combination of the two?
I don't know about you, but my version of the parenting manual doesn't have the instructions on how to prevent your kid from fabricating false sexual assault allegations and the manual my parents used is even thinner than mine.
I'm not defending public schools, but the impugning and public conviction of the parents without evidence, kinda indicates to me that lots of parents fail in lots of ways. Kids deceive their parents all the time, frequently before they begin to walk and talk, well after they've left the household, and only intermittently stopping before one of the two parties is in their grave. Lord knows I'm guilty of it.
Do you think Hillary Clinton's parents raised her to be a pathological liar, it was a learned trait, or some combination of the two?
Considering that her brother turned out to be a first-order weasel himself, I'd say they had something to do with it.
-jcr
Teaching honor, respect for others, honesty and love for your fellow man should greatly reduced the chances of your children doing something like this. Instilling a moral code goes a long way to raising functioning, empathatic adults. Unfortunately, these concepts are seen as to Western and Christian for some today.
"Do you think Hillary Clinton's parents raised her to be a pathological liar, it was a learned trait, or some combination of the two?"
Regardless of her upbringing, I consider it almost 100% likely that HRC is a clinical psychopath.
They also expected them to teach their kids to be chaste. Kids rebel, and some of the biggest rebels are often the ones that grew up with the strictest upbringing. You going to blame parents for their daughter being a slut when they didn't do anything to indicate that loose sexual behavior was acceptable?
Being too strict and too permissive often results in the same outcome. Parenting is about teaching your children to be moral adults. But you also have to let your kids know that no one is perfect and you will love them despite making mistakes.
Jeffrey Dahmer probably had some severe organic issues, so his parents are probably less blameworthy.
It is never nature vs nurture. Behavior is a phenotype, thus a combination of genetics and environment. Neither is independent of the other.
"I agree. I also hope the parents of those "mean girls" die in a fire. I mean, what kind of person raises a kid that thinks it's okay do something like that because they don't like someone?"
Progressives.
The unspoken truth is that women don't need a reason or incentive.
"How do I write women so well? I think of a man, then I take away reason and accountability."
What's with this "die in a fire" stuff. What ever happened to the good ole wood chipper. Feet first.
Burning witches at the stake is even older than the wood chipper.
There is really no reason or incentive for advocates to drop the canard that there's really no reason or incentive for women to ever make false accusations. It was never based on reason or evidence. Society, whether in the form of twitter mobs or government judicial systems do not apply disincentives to lying in general. Such disincentives are applied selectively when they serve the purposes of those concerned. Strong disincentives to making unsupported accusations without physical evidence, such as dueling, vendetta, discrimination, or explicit blacklisting are suppressed.
And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school.
Why not? The school punished the male student in a variety of ways for his alleged but unproven bad behavior outside of school.
Yeah, he didn't say students. He specifically call out a subset.
Exactly. Falsely accusing a student of a heinous crime is certainly abuse.
At the very least, it is perjury. I don't know the applicable laws, but depending on specifics, I can see the possibility of harassment, false imprisonment, providing a false statement, and slander.
The accusations against the school might not hold up if they acted in good faith, and there might not be enough to charge the girls criminally, but unless the article is quite misleading about the information, I find it quite likely that the boy will win against the false accusers in civil court on the preponderance of evidence.
Since the boy got talked into taking a plea deal, it's quite unlikely any of the girls ever had to testify under oath, so no, no perjury.
Point. However, they must have given a false statement to officers. At the least, that's obstruction of justice.
Point. However, they must have given a false statement to officers. At the least, that's obstruction of justice.
Point. However, they must have given a false statement to officers. At the least, that's obstruction of justice.
Point. However, the server squirrels' morning coffee finally kicked in.
He did not plead guilty. It was a consent decree. He maintained innocence. This is stated in the complaint.
The school didn't do that. The local prosecutor did.
And obviously the local prosecutor could file charges against the girls too if he so chose. My guess is those girls' parents are very well-connected in that town
As a punishment, I'd like to see the girls having to take their respective daddy's dick in their orifices.
A truly disgusting idea. An idea, you could say, that really sucks. But I was thinking that maybe the guy they falsely accused should get a free shot at doing to them what he was accused of. If he has any desire to. Or perhaps (without physical contact) they should just be made to get down on their knees and apologize to him. Naked.
A good lawyer could use a civil suit as a pretext to bankrupt the families of all the girls involved. And possibly take he school for some money if they were culpable.
You saying the prosecutor kept him from participating in sports or do you think the athletic director is the prosecutor?
The article says he was kept from sports because wearing the jersey means representing the school. And that is all after he is arrested, charged, makes a plea, and is under house arrest.
Kind of stupid to pretend the school is just acting on its own in all that - esp since the terms of some of those punishments obviously include restrictions on his allowed activities.
Hmm would that not constitutea form of punishment for something that occurred outside of school?
No. It would constitute them being required to comply with the courts orders. Maybe they 'overinterpreted' them - or maybe they just said to themselves 'sports' means both traveling and wearing our uniform - and that can't be done with house arrest and the terms of that ankle bracelet.
Most likely they were vindictive after the court issued its verdict/sentence. But that's not unusual - and the problem originates with the court/DA (and the girls) not the school.
Or the prosecutor is afraid charging them would 'deter other "survivors" from "coming forward."'
That's a stupid argument that also needs to die in a fire.
Look at it this way: insurance fraud sometimes occurs, such as when people burn down their own property to collect a claim, or stage a car accident, or report something stolen when they've just hidden it?
Does prosecuting those people for fraud and filing a false police report, or even jailing them for arson somehow suppress other people who have legitimately had a burglary, car accident, or fire from coming forward?
I just don't get the logic of that.
You just do not get feminoid logic.
The school didn't do that. The local prosecutor did.
Uhh...
Is the prosecutor a school official?
Well the prosecutor has absolute immunity, otherwise he wouldn't be able to prosecute without thinking through the consequences.
Actually in this case what was the prosecutor supposed to do? Of course knce he/she decided to not punish the girls for a false accusation they were at fault, but I have a hard time imagining a system where the prosecutor would be punished for NOT bringing a prosecutuon in any system resembling our own.
Absolute immunity.
because nothing screams accountability like protection from consequences.
That's not true in most places.
Most school districts have very strong anti-bullying policies. I would be shocked if this one doesn't. "Got him arrested , tossed in jail and falsely charged with a felony" is probably toward the higher end of what you would consider "bullying".
"""Just because something is contained in a lawsuit complaint does not mean that it's fact," he said.""
I wonder if he really believes this, or just when he's on the wrong end of it.
Hey Robby check out what Bucknell professors did to the Junior class president.
Feckless cunts, all.
charged with indecent assault
Everybody knows you remove your glove and slap a woman across the face properly before assaulting her.
I demand satisfaction!
I can't imagine being in grade school and high school now. Shit was weird when i was in high school 13 or so years ago, having assemblies on 'sexting' as the term had just emerged and everyone thinking 'wow this is hilarious'. Even the administrators almost couldn't take what they were saying that seriously without almost cracking up.
Shit is not a joke anymore.
Teenagers are fucking cruel.
So obviously, we need more anti-bullying campaigns! That'll stop this behavior for sure!
Nothing makes a bully think twice like a bunch of weenies in pink t-shirts shouting slogans.
Sorry, the only correct response is "Even though I am falsely accused, I shall accept the punishment in solidarity with Harvey Weinstein's victims."
at this point isn't even the Weinstein case kind of falling apart?
He's going to be hit with like a sexual assault charge at best for being a grabby pig.
""at this point isn't even the Weinstein case kind of falling apart?"'
Not really. Only one of five women have been thrown out.
I thought there were only three?
I vaguely remember reading a NY Post article that mentioned five.
I could be incorrect.
You can just say Jew.
This comment is "peak Tony"
Actually, that is a very astute observation. This is actually what has been happening in lefty circles, particularly in NY.
Which reveals that this is fake Tony. Real Tony isn't that perceptive and wouldn't take that side of the discussion.
Unless that wasn't intended to be ironic. Which it was. Because nobody would actually write that unironically.
There is no peak Tony.
>>>"We have followed all applicable laws, and we will vigorously defend ourselves throughout the process,"
go with that in the Open
Wrongfully prosecuting innocent children is just how we do things in the Seneca Valley School District.
former board members on jury likely key
Well, in some ways, the school is the victim here too. They reacted to what they honestly thought were genuine complaints, and were manipulated.
Now, if the boy had been allowed to defend himself, this would have probably been found out. In fact, from the description, several people in the school had exculpatory evidence, and he was barred from publicly asking for it, and no one knew the extent of the problem until afterwards.
However, that being said, the fact that the girls have confessed to criminal acts (perjury and obstruction of justice at the very least) and received no punishment is confusing at best. Unless there is favoritism to the point of implicating bribery, we have not been presented with a proper description of the evidence. I'm more likely to believe that the evidence is murky enough that they cannot press charges.
For 20+ years we've been admonishing boys "not to rape", just like in the 80s it was don't do drugs.
Now sadly we need to have a campaign to tell girls not to falsely accuse. Except with no consequences, who the fuck cares?
Everyone at Seneca Falls knows that the penalty for false accusation is two punches in the shoulder. But if you don't "wipe" promptly after, you're subject to reciprocal punches.
None of these actions were taken by the school district.
And the kids are minors, so how do you "hold them responsible"?
The school district was who expelled him over a false accusation. And the school could suspend or at least give the little lying cunts detention for making shit up instead of doing nothing.
The issue really isn't the allegations, but the lax standards for prosecution of sexual assault.
Consider that should the girls accuse someone else, this instance could not be brought up as a part of the defense for the accused. Nor is any type of corroborating evidence required beyond a victim statement.
The push has been to make sexual assault easier to prosecute due to the nature of the crime. We are probably far beyond the point where some pushback is required with the due process abnormalities from Title IX, consent being retroactively withdrawn, etc.
At best, the boy's parents can probably sue the other parents, prosecutor's office, etc. into oblivion.
Actually, should any or all of the girls accuse someone else this incident would allow for the classic attack on their credibility: "were you lying then or are you lying now?" At the very least it is unlikely that any prosecutor with even half a frontal lobe would take any allegations of theirs as prosecutable without corroborating physical evidence.
That's why the parents are being sued. At least at common law, parents can be held responsible for the intentional torts of their children.
Seems to me that justice can only come close to being served by a good doxing of the girls in question.
One of the first things you learn in law school is that it is never about justice, just about the law. Justice is occasionally a happy by-product, but one person's justice is another person's injustice (see, e.g., George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin)
"Justice is occasionally a happy by-product"
Very, exceedingly, rarely.
"Justice is occasionally a happy by-product"
Very, exceedingly, rarely.
The same way that kid was held responsible. Make those girls 'serve' the same punishment the kid had to do
Suspension and eventual expulsion until they hold a student assembly and make a public apology for their lies.
Als have them labeled as sex offenders for life too.
But T.F.'s family is understandably distraught that the girls have suffered no consequences: neither the police nor the school district have taken any action against them, according to the lawsuit.
Once upon a time I used to believe that laws regarding false accusations, making false reports, lying to the court, and lying to the police were enforced.
Life has cured me of that naivety.
I think the school officials should be held personally liable. They were a huge part of the bullying.
No, they were just following orders. You know.
You know who else was following orders?
Pizza delivery personnel?
I delivered pizzas when I was in college. In a time of rampant deep dish deliveries, there was one delivery man with more blood on his hands than any other. That man was me.
T.F. was swiftly charged with indecent assault and harassment, and received six months of probation as part of a plea deal.
Not that it makes the accusers look any better but there has to be more to this story. Given the onerous nature of the "deal" why would his lawyer and family allow him to accept the consent decree in the first place?
Because people never take plea deals in the hope of just getting shit behind them even if they didn't do anything,
"why would his lawyer and family allow him to accept the consent decree in the first place?"
Probably because the alternative was trial in adult court on rape charges and a 20-life sentence if the girls didn't recant before a guilty verdict was obtained.
This. I know someone who took a probation plea deal on a he said / she said rape case. His lawyer said his case is strong and should not lose in court, but judges and juries can be unpredictable and if he did go to trial he'd face 8 year mandatory minimum. Plea deal was no jail, probation, no sex offender registry so he took it.
Plus, the probable requirement that he register as an SRO, also a life sentence
How willing are you to take the risk of a life sentence? The deal doesn't list him registering as a sex offender and that shit stays with you beyond any jail or probation time if it's part of the punishments available.
The standard these days is to ratchet up the charges to truly ridiculous levels, thereby greatly incentivizing the accused to accept a plea deal for a much lesser charge. If the two choices a defendant has are "life in prison" or "two months probation and a $500 fine," he's gonna have a real difficult time rejecting the plea agreement, even if 100% innocent.
Plea bargaining is the only way our current over-prosecuted criminal justice system can continue to function. If everyone demanded a trial, the system would collapse and do so very quickly.
If I was looking to be a "single-issue voter," criminal justice reform sure as hell would be a finalist for that honor.
And outlawing plea-bargaining would be at the top of the list of reforms.
Having DAs spend more time thinking about which cases are a high enough priority to prosecute can not be a bad thing.
Attempting to outlaw plea-bargaining would just drive plea-bargaining into the black market. To incentivize the system towards proving the case in a truly adversarial system would require providing some to encourage legislatures to make the laws be minimal and graduated. Then making juries able to render verdicts on the quality of the case presented by the prosecution.
Outlawing plea-bargaining is at the top of the "ain't gonna happen never" list
Plea bargaining generally serves valid purposes. It gives a defendant with no (or no significant) prior history the chance to resolve the case at an appropriately low level. It allows charges to be dismissed without collateral damage (such as, in this case, SRO registration). And from the POV of the system, it allows for expedient resolution of matters which otherwise would require trial, either by jury or judge, all of which would be costly and sufficiently time-consuming as to bring the orderly functioning of the system to a halt. The PDs in LA County pulled this once in the early 70s as a way to go "on strike"; the "strike" lasted one week until the county met their demands for all these reasons and put an end to it.
Except that SOR registration laws have now removed the ability to bargain away registration and judges don't have discretion to waive registration regardless of how inappropriate it might be. The only way to not be subject to SOR is to charge a lesser offense (like battery instead of sexual battery). They've gone one step further now and retroactively applied registry to everyone regardless of how long ago the offense occurred and even if non registration was a specific parameter of the plea agreement.
Most intelligent people see the registry for what it is, punishment, but the courts have said its civil, so criminal case law doesn't apply to it. And most people also don't see a reason for lifetime registration of someone that had a non violent, consensual encounter with a girlfriend when they were a teenager.
$500 and 2 months probation is actually less onerous than defending yourself.
Legislatures create criminal codes that allow multiple, overlapping potential violations, with little specificity on what constitutes a felony vs. a misdemeanor. Pretrial bail conditions are just as onerous as the potential punishments. Conditions in jails awaiting trial are little different than those given as punishment. Concepts like "Hate Crimes" and "Domestic Violence" create special classes of victims and hazards for conviction. Effectively, judges can and do punish those seeking trials that are convicted. Both prosecutors and defense attorney's have incentives to make trials proceed slowly. A prosecutor has little incentive, as far as I understand, to drop an unwinnable case early rather than later.
Because the alternative could be a trial with registration as an SRO among the possible results
Unless they do it on social media? I don't get this, schools punish students for behavior outside of school all the time. There's been a big fight over that that still isn't resolved.
He was unable to play during most of the high school baseball season and was told by the Athletic Director that she was not sure he could play baseball because every time he was wearing a Seneca Valley jersey, he was representing the school.
So, yeah.
I have a son who was expelled from school for a year for posting a meme on Instagram. It showed a picture from a CPR manual of a man straddling another and looked like he was choking him with a penciled in caption saying " I told you I'd do it you, son of a bitch!"
I told the school to go fuck themselves and put him in homeschool. Surprise, surprise! He now has a 3.8 gpa.
...and specific instructions from [Juvenile Probation Officer] Michael Trego that he could not tell people about the ankle device, and he could not wear shorts or other clothing that revealed the ankle device...
OK, I don't get it: why would keeping the ankle monitor a secret be a condition for his house arrest? Nowadays I should think pretty much anyone being subject to house arrest would have some sort of monitoring device tracking him/her, and if anything having other people see the device would make the wearer feel more shame...
if anything having other people see the device would make the wearer feel more shame...
Further, aside from "He's a minor, FYTW.", I can't see how it's not 'cruel and unusual' and otherwise not a violation of the Constitution. Is he barred from talking about how he was wrongfully accused while he has the ankle monitor on?
Is it unconstitutional to prosecute someone for wearing shorts in the third degree? I sure hope so.
As long as they don't prevent him from wearing shorts in 90 degrees . . .
I'm sorry.
You often agree to additional conditions that are not based on law in plea deals.
You often agree to additional conditions that are not based on law in plea deals.
OK, but then those additional conditions are unenforceable, right? The whole reason for the restriction 'cruel and unusual punishment' is so petty tyrants can't whimsically dream up punishments and foist them on people, not whether they can enforce them or not.
An ankle monitor is pretty much SOP for a juvenile as an alternative to lengthy incarceration. I have heard of restrictions on travel or even being outside the house without the consent of the probation officer; I have never heard of the monitor having to be kept "secret". That was truly unusual if not bizarre.
How to obviate this situation:
1. Convince people you have autism
2. Get autismbux
3. NEET until you have a terminal existential crisis
4. Create blog about your plans to kill yourself and how you feel about it while you get closer to the deadline
5. Kill yourself
6. Leave a note blaming society
...how does that help anything, alternate-universe me?
Well, it can't help the lad now, but my impeccable and immaculate advice will assist similar young fools.

That kid doesn't have a right to the Supreme Court
But these girls... they seemed so... so... credible!
But, the boy didn't pose a threat to the God of abortion. So, we don't have to accept spurious allegations.
Well, they do have vaginas.
Serious allegations...of course I'll observe the presumption of innocence for the school district and the girls, but *if* things are as the plaintiff says they are then of course false accusers should get punished.
Look at the USC recruit case. Mom daughter lied, got a million from suing the school. Kid got 7 years. Daughter finally admitted to lying, didn't even have to pay back the million. Equal rights my ass.
The rate is around 4% for false accusations of rape. The same as for other kinds of assaults.
On the other hand, only 63% of sexual assaults are reported to the police. That's due to shame, fear of retaliation and realistic assessment of the probabilities of successful prosecution because most rapes are not witnessed and DNA evidence can be put aside as evidence of consensual sex.

Keep talking about the 4% of false accusations. Maybe you can convince more people that no reported rapes are real so that no men or women are prosecuted for it. That should shut up all those uppity women who think they have a right to deny sex to anyone.
You could just say Jews.
That's right, sister, speak truth to power! Don't let those rape-ologists at Reason off the hook!
You're retarded. 4% of claims are ruled as unsubstantiated; that doesn't mean all the other ones are true; only that the accusation is plausible enough not to be thrown out immediately by police as plainly false. Many of the accusations that aren't tuned unsubstantiated but where there is insufficient evidence for charges to be filed are false. Even some of the ones that go to trial are false (yes, some men are found not guilty because they're actually not guilty, crazy I know). Not being ruled unsubstantiated is not the the same as being definitively true.
I was going to say the same thing. Also, other studies place the number of veriablu false at 8% with arround 40% dismissed. As for the 63% reporting number, that is pure guesswork because there is no reliable wya of knowing who is and isn't reporting.
Based on the plethora of cases known to be false (e.g. Duke lacrosse, Matress Girl, Rolling Stone, many more), I'd say the false accusation rate is much higher than 4-8%.
That 63% of rapes not reported is whack also.
Believe women is the new Believe the Children from the Satanic Panic days in the 90s.
This.
OK, so If I take the current narrative of "believe her" to be valid and sexual assault false accusations are at the same rate as other crimes then you're advocating removing any burden of proof from all accusers before we run people through the full legal system wringer? At least that's how that reads coming from the demands of progland.
You sure you want to weaponize accusations that far?
^This is why we in the science communities ridicule the social "sciences" there is no reliable way of estimating the number of people who don't report a crime, therefore it is an unprovable hypothesis, ergo it is not science but pure bullshit disguised as science. And don't quote polling, polling is extremely prone to misreporting and misrepresenting data. A model is only as good as the model Creator and must be based upon sound scientific foundations. Most polling is not, and is best a SWAG (scientific wild assed guess).
Don't forget that in most of the polling data about what goes unreported, the POLLSTERS decide whether something constitutes sexual assault, not the people responding to the poll. It is often the case that the poll subject reports that they HAVE NOT been sexually assaulted, but then the pollster decides based on the "yes" answer to a question like "have you ever been slapped on the butt by a stranger" that in fact, an unreported sexual assault has occurred.
Social sciences are complete bullshit. But the "science" surrounding rape and sexual assault is particularly suspect and rife with complete bullshit.
More than that. We ridicule the social "sciences" because much of their "data" is what people feel, or even worse, what someone else thinks about what they were told about what people feel.
Keep talking about the 4% of false accusations.
First, your numbers are wrong. Supposedly, 36%, or a minority of sexual assaults are reported to the police.
Second, I say 'supposedly', as these numbers are the result of the NCV Survey where the majority of data constitutes reports of 'assault' without violence, injury, or police involvement.
So, rather than dispelling the notion that only 4% of accusations are false, you provide a bevvy of hundreds of thousands of polling points where women are effectively accusing men (mostly, but not exclusively) of rape and assault but not because it injured them, was criminal, or was even necessarily without consent but because they can answer "Yes." to the question of "Have you been raped?" without any consequence or even being bound by the truth.
I'm sure if we ask guys if they've ever been falsely accused of anything by a woman we'll come up with some numbers that will bolster that will inflate that 4% false accusation rate. And if the DOJ sanctions the study, we could even pass it off as fact!
"On the other hand, only 63% of sexual assaults are reported to the police."
If they aren't reported then how would you even know this statistic?
Why did you change your handle, Cathy?
Retard.
4% are known to be false?
How many are actually false?
I actually expected the false accusation rate to be much lower, but now that I know as many as 1 in 10 of rape accusations are truly false and not just a disagreement, then color me ever more skeptical.
By your logic - Since only 2% or 3% of rape accusations result in a conviction, 97% of all rape accusations are false.
Police, as demonstrated by this story, almost never follow up on even provably false allegations - meaning there is no data for how many are false.
You care to play Russian Roulette with a 1/20 chance your head gets blown off, go ahead.
Keep in mind, female inmates are treated more harshly for trivial infractions. That's the real injustice that we're all overlooking.
"Just because something is contained in a lawsuit complaint does not mean that it's fact," he said.
Oh, the irony.
15"A single witness shall not suffice against a person for any crime or for any wrong in connection with any offense that he has committed. Only on the evidence of two witnesses or of three witnesses shall a charge be established. 16If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing, 17then both parties to the dispute shall appear before the LORD, before the priests and the judges who are in office in those days. 18The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, 19then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evilc from your midst. 20And the rest shall hear and fear, and shall never again commit any such evil among you. 21Your eye shall not pity. It shall be life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
from Deuteronomy 19
"15"A single witness shall not suffice against a person for any crime or for any wrong in connection with any offense that he has committed."
But, but how will the cops arrest people and confiscate their stuff.
"False accusations may not be common, but they do happen. "
I have no reason to believe they are uncommon. The 6% stat or whatever that number was that are proven false accusations is a very high bar. Absent fucking retards like the girls in this story how can you possibly prove a he said she said situation? If it's 5% or 10% that are proven false the real number must be a multiple of that. 30% or more wouldn't surprise me at all.
^This. And of course, when the accused is famous, the number approaches 100%
I hope he wins his lawsuit.
Huh?
In the case of the first false accuser lying bitch it seems like the guidance counselor just happened to overhear something (although I wouldn't be surprises if she knew the guidance counselor was in ear shot). But it sounds to me like, at least in the second case, the false accuser lying bitch directly told a guidance counselor at school. It doesn't get any more in school than that. If it were any more in school it would be balls deep in the schools ass.
Poor guy.
"And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school."
Is this blanket SOP for all schools? In Michigan a couple of rednecks posted racist crap on social media outside school hours and the parents were alerted and the students gone from the schools and the school used lots of language suggesting punishment was coming ...
Jail. Them. All. #BelieveNoWomen
So, I wasn't clear on something...
Is the first plea deal expunged from his record as if it never happened? They usually go with "screw you, you plead guilty, that ship has sailed" in that situation.
I'm sure there will be plenty of introspection by the prosecutors about the unfortunate situation of someone pleading guilty to something they didn't do. Keeps them awake at night, I'm sure, and almost certainly they're hard at work to pass new codes of conduct to prevent that sort of thing from ever happening again.
He did not plead guilty. the complaint states that he entered into a consent decree with stipulations based on future conduct.
Parents and school officials all seem to have forgotten how public shaming works.
. False accusations may not be common,
Don't the "studies" have it ranging from somewhere between 2-60%?

The best and most legitimate study put it at around 40%.
That study was discussed at length in this article.
Of course, that pretty thoroughly destroys the guilt-presumers' "false rape allegations are really rare!" phony statistic, so Robby the credibly accused toddler rapist and his fellow guilt-presumers at "Reason" will never acknowledge it.
Likewise, since he and those others are committed to tranny pandering, they'll also continue to ignore stuff like this article while claiming that pandering to trannies' delusions has never resulted in sexual predators claiming to be trannies (or "gender fluid") just to get access to potential victims.
Good article, Robby. I almost feel bad about shit talking you in the comments of other articles.
Almost
Just insert this text so you'll feel more comfortable:
I like Robby minus the time he took two weeks off to live in the supreme court nominee gang rape fantasy
Since Robby has never denied that he rapes toddlers, we kind of have to assume he does.
If he ever does deny it, of course, that's just the sort of thing a guy guilty of raping toddlers would say; so we still have to assume he's a credibly accused toddler rapist.
And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school.
Schools can't punish students for crimes committed outside school? That should be news to a lot of administrators, including the ones who punished TF for alleged crimes committed outside school.

"I'm making note of this case because of the national conversation we seem to be having about the existence of false sexual assault accusations in the wake of the Brett Kavanaugh hearings."
I guess the other shoe is dropping on the #MeToo movement.
All men are rapists, murderers, kidnappers and violate women's rights every minute.
This is why the courts must consider all men to be guilty until proven innocent because this is the only way to terminate the dominate and domineering male patriarchy that has led to wars, famines, pestilence, imperialism, capitalism, and bad haircuts.
It is only when women kill all the men on the planet will women be able to mate and reproduce freely without being hamstrung by the vicious, cruel and oppressive male culture.
At long last one voice of sanity... tell us more.
Straight men. Keep the rest of us out of your weird sexual politics.
"Oh no I had drunken sex that I regret, the horror, I'm so traumatized. I suppose the notch on my bedpost is my only consolation, but it's enough, because we were both drunk and there's no telling who raped whom."
Sorry Tony, gay men are oppressors too.
We gentrify, not colonize.
Gentrification is still oppression. It's okay, the Patriarchy has cake. And jello shots.
And good at knowingly infecting others with deadly viruses. But then the left has always loved murderers
Such nonsense has not previously been seen, or so one would hope.
Something similar happened to me in HS. Not sexual but some trashy girls spread a rumor about me that resulted in me getting the shit beat out of me a couple of times and some other bad stuff. I never once thought about legal action because I thought it was just high school bullshit and no one would take it seriously. Rumors spread like plague, and the consequences can destroy lives. My brother once got jumped by some kids and their adult older brother and they kicked him in the head while he was down so hard he had brain fluid leaking out of his ears. I really hope that wasn't linked to those rumors. Really shitty high school in a shitty place. Only the strong potatoes survive.
Oh yeah, people are vicious. Especially women. Women make up lies and rumors BECAUSE they can't just go kick the shit out of somebody they dislike like a guy can. That's why women do that kind of stuff, they just don't have an alternative.
A girl I slept with in high school apparently told a chick she worked with at a coffee shop I went to all the time that I pseudo-raped her... This was years after the fact, and she'd certainly never told me she felt this way at any point. She didn't say I like held a knife to her throat or any nonsense, merely that I coerced her into it or something... When I definitely did not. Neither of us were wasted, she never said "NO I don't want to do this." etc. It wasn't an awful experience on either end, and she stayed the night with me...
I have no idea why she decided to say this at all. The girl she told this to and I used to flirt a bit, and when she told me the other girl had said this about me and saw the stupefied look on my face, she immediately said "But I don't believe a word of it. You're obviously a nice guy, and she's a bit crazy." Which apparently she was, because no such thing had happened. My best guess at the time was maybe she was jealous because me and that chick flirted some? Supposedly she had slept with some other dude a couple days earlier too... So maybe she felt like a slut herself, and it made her feel better to think I had coerced her into it. I have NO CLUE WTF really.
So yeah, crazy chicks and their making shit up... A problem as old as time. Difference was that back in the day people had the common sense to dismiss it when it was from a clear loon, or there were other reasons to believe it was false.
Wow, a unicorn: sane woman (at the coffee shop).
Perhaps so, and a real cutie too! Her family was pretty religious, so she may well have ended up a full on proper unicorn across the board... Like ACTUAL marriage material! Near impossible to find nowadays.
But I can't say for sure because I moved away from that town not long after that, and I rarely ever visit back there. It was basically a town where I lived for about 5 years, during HS and a year and change after that.
NEVER take the plea deal.
If you are innocent, the courts will always find you not guilty.
The government knows everything about justice.
Like that would-have-been no. 1 draft pick pitcher from Oregon State? To hell with being a plea martyr. All signs point to him being a dumb kid railroaded into doing the "right thing", but even then the miasma of suspicion would have hovered over him his entire life. Miserable.
"basically being tortured in school by the other students"
Isn't that what public (and many private?) schools are for?
I mean, looking at how they actually work and what they do?
"but they do happen. To pretend otherwise, as fourth-wave feminism's believe-all-victims mantra demands, "
I wonder who you have in mind. "fourth-wave feminism's" ALL of them? That seems a bit collectivist for a libertarian to be saying. Perhaps you could give some specific examples of such feminists.
A female Hihnbot? Creepy.

It's sort of in the definition of 4th Wave Feminist.
Sort of like how Libertarians support the free market. Wait whoa! Collectivism!!!!
This is why we need a Daniels/ Vohra LP presidential ticket in 2020.
Robby "credible allegations" Soave hoping that it he shouts "rights of the accused!" enough times people will forget about the whole Kavanaugh thing.
Well, yeah, seeing as Robby has equally "credible allegations" against him of being a toddler rapist.
Young high school females corroborated with each other to falsely accuse young male and destroy his young life. The damage to his life may never be repaired. Said females have suffered no consequences and are being protected, mostly from being named.
I wonder how many females falsely accused black man of sexual crimes causing the accused to be lynched. Many similarities with the above.
Hopefully, justice will be served to all involved.
For the false accusers, at the vey minumum, a return to corporal punishment, publically admnistered, and that done, how about bringing back The Stocks and Pillories of an earlier day?
General punishment is in order.
As long as he brings Major Pain with him. 🙂
Wait a second. Collaborated with others...falsifying evidence...intimidating and threatening others to break them...this is sounding more and more like a RICO case.
Have criminal charges been filed against the accusers? If not, WHY? There should also be civil actions for very significant financial penalties brought against the accusers, their parents, school Officialdom or OFFICIALDUMB, the latter being more likely, and last but not least, local government, police and prosecutors. This is exactly the kind of bullshit that there is absolutely no margin for. Heads need to roll over this.
Mattress girl, Jackie Coakley and Crystal Magnum never received comeuppance for their nonsense and these girls probably wont as well. Best to just name them and shame them as a warning to others. Tawana Brawley eventually had to pay up for her lies.
2013, Magnum was convicted of second degree murder for the stabbing death of her then boy friend.
Which has nothing to do with the false claims of rape she made, that almost destroyed the Duke Lacrosse team.
Kinda makes you wonder that, if she had done some time for the false report, the poor schmuck she stabbed to death might still be alive. I mean, you never know what might happen when the police show up to arrest you.
"And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school."
But apparently school officials ~can~ punish any of the male students for their bad behavior outside of school, provided a female students says so.
Well, of course that is different - - - -
And what about Bong Hits for Jesus? Totally outside of school. The principal is simply lying.
My brother's college roommate was a fringe MLB player. One night he was at a bar with some other players and an older lady took a liking to him. They both get drunk, go back to his hotel and have sex multiple times, including the next morning after they wake up.
Turned out she was separated from her husband, who convinced her she was sexually assaulted.
She filed charges, and either a judge dismissed, or the DA declined to prosecute because the story was so flimsy. (I can't remember the exact reason it wasn't prosecuted.)
Either a new female judge or DA came on board, and went through old cases to find ones to prosecute. Sexual assault charge against an MLB player. She was all over it.
Instead of fighting, his lawyer convinced him to please out instead of facing jail time.
As a result the MLB team he was with released him, and no one would sign him after that. Instead of making millions, he was playing independent ball hoping to get picked up.
Ruined his career, and has left him unemployable in his profession.
Did he seek revenge?

Finally; a reasoned calm statement with adequate citation.
In 1934 Lillian Bellman wrote "The Children's Hour" about false accusations of a lesbian relationship between two women. Today a lesbian relationship would be unremarkable. But the impulse of teenage girls to make serious allegations of sexual misconduct is not.
Meetoo bitches making false allegations against men should be charged with hate crimes.
That's the only way defamed men will be vindicated.
I know a woman who went through hell because her boyfriend's daughter made a sexual molestation accusation against her. Turns out his ex wife put her daughter up to it.
It took years of trauma and trying to defend herself for her to clear herself. So it's not only men who suffer from false accusations and hysteria.
That's what's so damaging about sexual allegations. Even if they're proven false you can't unring that bell. The stigma will always be there.
"False accusations may not be common, but they do happen."
BULLSHIT. 3/4 of the so called rape accusations that I know of from my real life were bullshit. Mostly just girls regretting it after the fact. I know from being at the places where shit actually went down, and/or friends I trust that were at the events. In one case a chick got tag teamed... It became known by people. She still just kind of took the "walk of shame" approach... Until her PARENTS found out. THEN all of a sudden it was rape. Keeping in mind this was a hard drinking, drug using, party girl who had already fucked half the football team.
My person experience may be more towards the false accusation side of the spectrum than general statistics... But I bet not by much. I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if 50%+ were bullshit accusations by any reasonable standards. I strongly suspect the simple regret factor explains most of them.
The ultimate bullying: false accusation of sexual assault.
Many feminists seem unable to accept this: There are as many unscrupulous women as unscrupulous men.
That in mind, see:
"How We Waded Into The Sexual Harassment Quagmire -- Taking the Long, Hard Path Out" http://malemattersusa.wordpres.....-quagmire/
This may be shocking and the most thorough analysis you can find of the sexes' most alienating behavioral difference.
The appropriate punishment for false accusation of rape is to be placed on the sex offender registry.
The school can't punish the girls for something they did outside of school? If that's the policy then why did they punish the guy for something he supposedly did outside of school?
Gosh. Who'd a thunk? Here young W.T.F. is still in High School and ALREADY appears to be a likely Libertarian Party nominee for the Supreme Court in 2048 (after the GOP's assisted suicide)!! He must be getting some really good grades.
If the society doesn't give the false accusers, and all their accomplices punishment that exceeds what they imposed, then that society may deservedly implode in some sense.

"On October 3, 2017, one of the girls told other students that T.F. had sexually assaulted her at a pool; a Seneca Valley guidance counselor overheard the accusation, ..."
If this happened on school property, then the school can and should take action against the "mean girl" making the false accusation, which directly led to the counselor reporting a crime.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but LYING to a counselor ON school property DID happen on school property no? Telling a lie to a school employee to intentionally get somebody in trouble should surely count as something somebody can AT LEAST get a slap on the wrist for I should think...
Wow. These girls just messed up the dude's future. Now he can't go anywhere without being labeled as someone who harassed girls. Going through job applications, where they check your background, applying for colleges, this dude's future is practically ruined
Getting rid of the public school system and privatizing all the schools would be a good start. Okay, okay, not going to happen anytime soon, but if more people stopped supporting the public schools and took their kids out of the public system, the idea would have more traction.
"...And school officials can't punish any of the female students for their bad behavior outside of school."
Yet they can punish male students for their supposed bad behavior outside of school?
Given that these things disproportionately target Blacks it proves that Feminism is just another Racism, just a White Woman specialisation.
No surprise here, this is what our society has degraded to.
There has got to be more to this story. How the hell do you expel someone from school, offer that person a plea bargain, etc. with no evidence? Just a person's story? This is why I don't call myself a feminist anymore, because in this fight for "equality", feminists have made a joke of the justice system.

The Democrats have opened a Pandora's box with the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice. The parents are right to sue the parents of the girls involved, the school, and teachers and other school personnel who have witnessed this behavior and done nothing. They need to look for alternative options for his education, and then include in the lawsuit the tuition needed throughout the years until he graduates. Our son was mercilessly bullied, after being sexually assaulted by some older teens, t?,,...hroughout junior and high school; he's now 41 and has struggled with the depression constantly, to the point of being hospitalized because he was suicidal. If I could go back and do it again, I would have done exactly that!
The other thing is to contact their state reps in both houses and work with them to develop legislation that provides for prosecution of those who make false allegations, as well as holding schools and school personnel, from bus drivers to custodians, accountable! Until that happens, there is little leverage parents have to stopping this short of removing their child from the school. The damage done to this young boy will affect him for the rest of his life!
