Brickbat: Moving Target

A spokesman for the Bernalillo County, New Mexico, sheriff's office says a deputy who pointed a gun at a motorcyclist riding on a highway was "in fear of an immediate and impending battery" despite himself being in a moving patrol car. Video shows two motorcyclists doing wheelies when the patrol car approaches from behind. It does not have its emergency lights on. The deputy in the passenger's seat points his gun out the window at one of the bikers.

When I saw "Bernalillo County", I was struck by poetic inspiration.

The cop only pointed the gun at a guy in pink. Any chance here of a homophobic law suit? Could trick out the bikes of the whole group.
"Please rest assured, Sheriff Manuel Gonzales and BCSO staff will continue to protect the rights of all citizens of Bernalillo County," her statement said.
"As long as the damn fools are not on a motorcycle, of course", she added under her breath.
There's a YouTube of a cop chasing down a motorcyclist and then pulling a gun. Makes me wonder if cops just can't stand kids on bikes looking more macho than them.
Did anything else happen?

After watching it again, I think it's probably one that Hit & Run posted. It also says it happened this past August - my memory ain't what it used to be (I don't think it ever was). As far as "what happened", video has text that applies to that.
And nothing else happened.

It's a wonder the cops didn't shoot them all!
