Brickbat: The Tick

Members of Japan's Miyazaki prefectural government say that in retrospect it was a bad idea to bring a deadly tick with them to a press conference to warn about the dangers of a tick-borne disease. The tick got away, and even with help from the reporters at the press conference, officials were unable to find it.

In light of the ongoing threats from the DPRK, I actually think the prefecture's decision to initiate a superhero development program is aptly timed.
