Come on, Fist. Where are you when we need you?

    1. Fist of Etiquette   8 years ago

I just can't take another furries cartoon.

  2. Libertarian   8 years ago

That's not gas. "Filibuster" is the name of Schumer's breeding stallion that he keeps upstate.

    1. Quo Usque Tandem   8 years ago

Funny. Thank you, I will use this.

  3. Jerryskids   8 years ago

Why is LBJ trying to light a fire under a mule?

    1. JWatts   8 years ago

"Every man has a right to a Saturday night bath." LBJ

  4. Fist of Etiquette   8 years ago

If you're not going to label him, at least give the readers a clue with an accurate depiction of Schumer's tits.

    1. DanO.   8 years ago

What makes you think it's Schumer?

      1. Fist of Etiquette   8 years ago

        He's Senate Minority Leader.

        1. DanO.   8 years ago

Why can't it be Stephen Hawking's healthy twin brother, Rupert?

          1. Fist of Etiquette   8 years ago

Because he would be smart enough to know not to try to light matches while standing over a can of highly flammable bukake.

  5. Libertarian   8 years ago

If only more democrats were as honorable as tibetan monks.

    1. Unemployed Armenian Tranny   8 years ago

I say reinstate the fillibuster if it will only ever take the form of self-immolation.

You set your self on fire, I'll give you that one! Bravo, Sir/Madame.

  6. Will4Freedom   8 years ago

Isn't getting rid of the filibuster GOOD for Democrats? They will use it for everything from this point forward.

I would have drawn the repugs standing around the "nuke" button with puzzled looks on their faces and the donkeys on the side lines wringing their hands (hooves?) saying "do it... press it... go ahead... you know you want to".

    1. loveconstitution1789   8 years ago

Any politician who wants a Nanny-State would want the filibuster removed to make it easier to pass laws and big spending. So Democrats are probably fine with removing the 60 vote threshold.

The GOP can use this opportunity to keep Democrats from stopping good appointments and cutting the government budget. Then in 2020, use a majority vote to add the 60 vote threshold back for all Senate business and require a 100 Senator vote to remove it.

  7. DanO.   8 years ago

    Why is the donkey talking?
Why is a gas can marked "filibuster"?
    Why won't the matches ignite?
    Why am I asking you?

    1. Will4Freedom   8 years ago

      It's BOK.
      It's BOK.
      It's BOK.
      I don't know... ask BOK!.

      1. DanO.   8 years ago

We keep asking BUT HE NEVER ANSWERS.

        1. Will4Freedom   8 years ago

"Nobody Gets In to See the Great Bok. Not Nobody. Not No How"

  8. Social Darwinist   8 years ago

So the Democrats are so upset over the rules changes that their ass is on fire?

    1. Will4Freedom   8 years ago

I see what you did there.... nice!

  9. trudybeauty   8 years ago

Gee. If one filibuster by a Democrat is seen as lighting a match to burn up its party, then the 500+ filibusters by the republicans during Obama's term amount the the firebombing of Dresden.
