"The White House on Wednesday sought to again distance itself from President Trump's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, who is under increasing scrutiny over his connections to Russian business interests."
Gotta man the fort when you got this guy around, am I right?
He seems to be around violent states a lot, could say he's a Fan o' morte
NO YOU COULDN'T SAY THAT.
Where's the "Judge"?
Here!
The Senate Judiciary Committee's confirmation hearings on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch continue today.
How much camera time must those poor senators endure?
the attacker had been investigated by security services but was regarded as a "peripheral figure."
You know who else was regarded as a "peripheral figure"?
Who?
My wife? Because when she sits around the house....
Paul Manafort?
Douglas Engelbart?
Perry Farrell?
Did I answer you earlier this week?
My brain is not much for brains these days.
Sort of.
Yeesh.
Jadzia Dax.
Heh.
Former Russian lawmaker Denis Voronenkov has been shot and killed in Kiev. Ukrainian officials say it was likely a contract hit ordered by Russia.
Did anyone check him for ties to the Clinton Foundation?
hahahaClinton.
Yeah, I know. They're so on the ropes their days of having people handled are long gone.
Eight people have been arrested in connection with yesterday's terror attack in London.
And those are just the people tweeting undesirable things about it!

Them Russkies really seem to love their strongman dictators.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. (Deflecting attention from one's own vices is a well-worn political tactic.) Inflicting us with Spicer is more likely a sop to the law'n'order wing of the party.
My birthday is on Sunday. What and/or where should I eat brunch/lupper? I'm thinking an oyster and steak orgy of some kind.
Oyster And Steak Orgy was my nickname in college.
Young boy, some time in the 2050s: "Gammy Kat, what did you during intelli-gate, when the pies tried to take over the US and like democracy?"
Bitter old woman: "I wa shilling for the deep state, running a faux-libertarian org".
YB: "what's libarmatarians, gammy?"
BOW: "Just some useful idiot losers that died off a long time ago".
A good strong douching will get a lot of that sand out of your vagina. Just saying.
Moonbeam runs out of other people's money from other states!
"GOP health care bill would send California's costs skyrocketing"
[...]
"The Republican-backed bill that would overhaul the Affordable Care Act would shift billions of dollars in health care costs from the federal government to states, with California on the hook for $6 billion in 2020 and growing to $24.3 billion by 2027, according to an analysis released Wednesday by Gov. Jerry Brown's administration."

So CA vastly increases its Medical program, hoping the folks in states where they didn't won't mind paying for moonbeam's socialized medicine.
Now, CA might have to pay its own way!
Where's commie kid to tell us CA has a 'balanced budget'?

Huh.
Look on the bright side - Hit'n'Run has nowhere to go but up!
If the comments didn't quite often disappear, there might be more of them.
I know, right?
Maybe Reason needs to suck up to conservatives more. Perhaps that would bring back a flood of commenters.
I wouldn't say that glibertarians.com (where the defectors went) has a more conservative bent than reason.
On certain issues, I would.
I think a fair assessment would be that on some issues they are more conservative, and on others they are more libertarian than reason. I've yet to see them publish a writer who has taken a more liberal stance on an issue than reason, so I can see where you are coming from, if you like that sort of thing.
Well of course you would.
But libertarians wouldn't. Go over to the new site and ask one--because there's not a whole lot left here.
Only Conservatives care about Sloopy's mom?
I can only get this website to work at all by running Adblocker.
Which is kind of ironic.
It's a black fly in your chardonnay.
