Venezuelan soldiers raided two warehouses and seized nearly 4 million toys. The government says it plans to distribute the toys to poor children. The soldiers also arrested two executives who are accused of hoarding the toys in order to sell them at higher prices at Christmas.

While early reports said the government planned to simply distribute the toys, more recent reports said that instead they were going to sell them at "More fair" prices (having had to invest jack shit into the cost of making them)
Step 1: seize all the toys Step 2: sell all the toys Step 3 : profit. Step 4: use the money to pay off the generals that keep you in power.
