Clinton and Lynch—Corruption, Not 'Optics'
Conflict of interest much?

Attorney General Loretta Lynch tells us that her meeting with Bill Clinton aboard a private jet on the Phoenix airport tarmac was "primarily social"—you know, just two Democrats swapping stories about their grandkids and whatnot.
The nation's top law enforcement official and the former president and husband of the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee—who is under federal investigation—had a talk. Rather than conceding that such a private encounter is at the very least a conflict of interest, Democrats preemptively complained about the "optics." Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del), for instance, told CNN that Lynch "should have steered clear" and that the meeting "sends the wrong signal."
What signal is that? Do Coons and every other politician "groaning" about the optics of the meeting understand that they're arguing for Lynch to recuse herself from the Clinton investigation? As Sen. John Cornyn (R-Tex.)—who's been pushing for a special counsel for a while—pointed out, there is a clear ethical duty for attorneys general to recuse themselves at the mere appearance of impartiality—a standard that this little meeting clearly meets.
As stated in the U.S. Attorneys' Manual, "The requirement of recusal does not arise in every instance, but only where a conflict of interest exists or there is an appearance of a conflict of interest or loss of impartiality."
Acknowledging that the meeting was bad "optics" is a way for Democrats to intimate that while some rubes might get the wrong idea, there's really nothing unethical about it. But they can't know that's true, can they? One of the parties involved is Bill Clinton, who has already been impeached for lying under oath and obstructing justice. The other is Lynch, who has politicized virtually every major case under her watch.
David Axelrod, Obama's chief political advisor, tweeted: "I take (Loretta Lynch) & (Bill Clinton) at their word that their convo in Phoenix didn't touch on probe. But foolish to create such optics." And it's Axelrod's prerogative to take the two at their word. "All I can say is Loretta Lynch is one of the most outstanding human beings I've ever known," Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters. "Her ethics are above reproach. No one could ever question her strong feelings about the rule of law, and her ethics are the best." Sen. Chuck Schumer added: "So, you have two choices, to say this didn't matter, or she is lying. I think it didn't matter."
Lynch might be Mother Teresa for all we know, but we still have ethical codes for a reason. Any truly impartial attorney general would have said to the former president, "Why don't we table this meeting until after the high-profile, politically charged criminal investigation of your wife is over." Would that really have been so difficult?
Moreover, it's not like these two randomly bumped into each other shopping at the grocery store or picking up dry cleaning. People don't have a lot of "impromptu meetings" in private jets sitting on airport tarmacs. As ABC15 Arizona reported, Clinton arrived to the airport to depart, heard Lynch was en route to that airport and then waited for her arrival. Maybe it was just dumb luck that this happened only a day before the Benghazi report was released by Congress, and a few days after the Associated Press published another 165 pages of emails then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sent via her unsanctioned and unsecure private email server and did not want anyone to see. Or perhaps, as his wife's stories are becoming increasingly impossible to believe, Bill Clinton felt the need to say a few words to the attorney general overseeing the criminal investigations? Whatever the case, the appearance of a conflict of interest or loss of impartiality is clearly present.
But given the way this administration treats the law, we can safely assume Lynch will never recuse herself. And that refusal to recuse will give millions of Americans who already assume the Department of Justice will let Hillary slide no matter where the evidence leads quite a bit of evidence of corruption in the Obama DOJ. And if you're Hillary Clinton—and you are truly innocent—Bill's little get-together creates even more questions about your shady conduct. Mostly, though, if you want to know why Americans don't trust their government, this meeting is a pristine example.

The rule of law is dead, Americans know it and more and more will act accordingly.
I already have a handful of laws that Mrs. Clinton wants to enact as president that I will never obey.
The Democrats have really taken an axe to trust in the institutions that undergird a free society.
Science, the Courts, the Executive Branch, the Media, Universities.
Naturally, but this is not a happy result.
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think.
Oh no, it is very much not a happy result. It ends in pure chaos:
Yeah, but you're probably just some skinhead out in Wyoming, or some fat redneck in Mississippi.
No?
You mean you're an engineer? Or an accountant? Or an actuary? You're college educated, maybe even a masters? You mean you're reasonably well educated, middle class - mortgage, 2.5 kids, a dog?
Nope, can't be. It's only rabble who don't like having every last aspect of their lives subject to capricious floors without ceilings and ceilings without floors. It's only uneducated misfits who don't to have ~50% of their income taken from them. It's only malcontents who question the Top Men.
The sad part is, the REPUBLICANS are just as blind to this reality, hence why Trump had so much traction. The Republicans got the drift with the Tea Party and they opposed it and tried to absorb it and sicced its own branch of MSM against it. The establishment Politicians as whole just don't grasp how alienated a huge swath of the citizenry is. Granted, many are dopes - oblivious to debts and debasement and the suspension of interest fulling socializing money - even many of the folks at Reason (writers and commenters) - but many DO get it and they're sick of it.

My favorite is when some one chimes that we live in a democracy, and then one of our commenters responds with his pithy, "actually we live in a constitutional republic."
No, we don't constitutional republic you fucking morons. Constitutions reign in governments. SCOTUS just changed the rules for convicting Top Men. And that is just the latest in the a long line of usurpations SCOTUS had allowed.
This is a god damn banana republic. A fucking three ring circus.
The Clinton/Lynch meeting just goes to show these fucks aren't even worried about hiding their corrpuption. They can do it in plain sight be cause they think there will never be any consequences.
The Clinton Foundation is, at least in my humble opinion, the apogee of this degredation. As SOS HRC was fine with taking legalized graft in return for favors to foreign governments [Switzerland and Russia being two prime examples of quid pro quo, favors for sizable donations], and not one of her supporters gives a flying fuck because, "you know," she's "fighting for us."
We need to have a literacy test for voting, like the one Useless A Today just ran than only 60% of the poplulation passed.
On second thought make that nadir, not apogee. One is low, the other high.
And it's all low.
Thanks for telling us the difference between apogee and nadir, we illiterate rabble would otherwise just languish in a sea of oversize words we can't comprehend...
Clinton's donors were getting a bit worried that their very expensive purchase might end up in Club Fed. This meeting was a display of power to show donors that their investment is safe. Basically it said "Watch this - we can engage in obviously unethical behavior and nothing will come about as a result. We are Clintons and we are, and always will be, above the law."
If Clinton and Lynch wanted a secret meeting I'm reasonably sure that it could be arranged. This one was intended for the public.
I wonder how it is that Andrew Napolitano can actually believe that Hillary could be indicted. You'll see Big Foot riding a unicorn on Pennsylvania Avenue before that happens.
Have you ever even BEEN to Wyoming? You can count the "skinheads in Wyoming" on one hand and still have enough fingers left over to flip the bird.
The average person, involved with their career, family, social life, etc., may not know the specifics, but they know that something stinks in Denmark America.
Make sure you're well armed, like every Texan.
Those institutions should never have been trusted to begin with (and you can add the church too).
Picture accompanying this article should be a photoshop of Obama wearing a T shirt that reads Hilary Got A Pardon and All I Got Was This Lousy Clinton Foundation.

C'mon! Maybe it was just a booty call.
We are talking about Bill Clinton, after all.
*chokes on coffee, tries to start applauding while cleaning up coffee from monitor*
Thread is won. Day is done.
That's what I asked on FB-did he ask her for a BJ?
You haven't lived till you've had ass sex with the attorney general.
Harsanyi gets the assignment while Suderman waits for orders from above.
Do Coons and every other politician
That's racist.
What part of "beyond reproach" don't you understand Harsanyl? Jeez, it's not some ambiguous turn of phrase like "shall make no law".
An urgent meeting that must occur... can't do it over the phone... if they met clandestinely and got caught then there would be hell to pay, so meet in public, take the hit on how it looks... threats and/or promises exchanged and delivered. The threat is that the Clintons will take down Obama, Lynch, etc, destroy their future and their legacy. There will be no indictment.
They met on an airport tarmac and didn't disclose the meeting to anyone, the only way we know about the meeting is because a local reporter saw them and asked the attorney general directly about it at a press conference.
Check yourself.....
If Axelrod, Schemer, and Reid vouch for her I'm sure we can assume that this was all above board!
They wanted this to be public. Even if they only spoke about grandkids, the "optics" sends a message they want to everyone in the DOJ. I'm a close personal friend of Bill and Hillary. If you get assigned either the email or foundation case, think about that and your future in the Department. Only someone with no future desires within the DOJ would handle this fairly. And Lynch would only assign this to someone she knows has great aspirations within the DOJ.
Lynch will be gone in Jan if the Donald wins, so the threat is only good for a few months. But of course if Heil Hitlary wins, look out.
Promote this reporter.
Don't expect Big Media to even report this.Tho the NYT has.
On a random plane on a tarmac, with engines spinning. A virtually unbuggable environment. But hey, what do I know.
"On a random plane on a tarmac, "
Actually, it was on the Attorney General's official jet.
http://dailycaller.com/wp-cont.....a-89aw.jpg
Why does the Attorney General have their own plane?
Why does Air Force One need to exist?
You know, a president, or even just a presidential candidate (ahem Johnson), could gain a lot of good will from the flying public by using commercial flights. I mean, go ahead and fly first class, I'm cool with that. But go through the same TSA bullshit everybody else does. And do it anonymously: no big security detail and entourage. How many of those high school dropouts would recognize someone like Johnson? How many, if they saw Hildabeast alone, wouldn't assume that it couldn't really be Hildabeast, because no entourage?
Hell, the mid-level political appointee bureaucrat in charge of my workplace has a driver and car.
Yeah, when did the AG get her own jet, maybe when she gave Bill a BJ.
"Moreover, it's not like these two randomly bumped into each other shopping at the grocery store or picking up dry cleaning. People don't have a lot of "impromptu meetings" in private jets sitting on airport tarmacs"
But that's essentially the way I heard it portrayed on one of the broadcast network news shows.
The mainstream media can always be counted on as a faithful lackey of the Democratic party.
"All I can say is Loretta Lynch is one of the most outstanding human beings I've ever known," Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) told reporters.
Considering the discernment and integrity of the source, this strongly implies that Loretta Lynch is Bathory Erszebet reborn.
Reid meant to say he's really in awe of her left jab.
Loretta Lynch is the sanest, most well grounded person I know - Charles Manson
Loretta Lynch completed the Boston Marathon in record time! - Rosie Ruiz
Loretta Lynch is the greatest cyclist of our generation - Lance Armstrong
Ms. Lynch may be what he says..... However, don't forget his primary circle of acquaintance is the US Senate and the old school mob-run Vegas casino industry.
(I assume he wasn't including his brothel days in Searchlight, they were probably MUCH better people than Lynch)
Paraphrasing Robert A. Heinlein:
A whore should be judged by the same criteria as other, professionals offering services for pay--such as dentists, lawyers, hairdressers, physicians, plumbers, etc. Is she professionally competent? Does she give good measure? Is she honest with her clients? It is possible that the percentage of honest and competent whores is higher than that of plumbers and much higher than that of lawyers. And enormously higher than that of politicians.
By "outstanding" Reid meant that Loretta Lynch should be standing out in a field picking cotton along with that clean, articulate young man who doesn't have a Negro accent unless he wants to.
Make that "clean, articulate, light skinned young man".
A good farmer is a man out standing in his field.
Would
Her ethics are above reproach.
If her ethics were above reproach there would have been no meeting.
Reid Translated: Thou shall not question your Gods.
Keep in mind, this is the guy who claimed that taxation is voluntary, and when given a chance by a friendly reporter to walk back or at least clarify this statement, simply repeated it.
Harry Reid is one of the dumbest people in the federal government, and that is saying something.
+1 Light-skinned Obama with no Negro dialect
Dick Durbin takes exception to that! Or he would, if someone could explain it to him in simple enough terms.
I'll see your Durbin and raise you one Boxer
Ouch. I forgot how dumb she is...
Barbara Boxer and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz were put on this earth to disprove the stereotype Jews have of being really brainy.
Did Sheila Jackson Lee finally retire?
The insane don't count.
Don't forget old Hank Johnson. He must never be left off a list of dumb pols.
Hey who doesn't enjoy a spirited evening of Guam Tipping?
Don't forget Hank "Guam is tipping over" Johnson!
Of course the High Priest needs the best food, the best wine, and the prettiest virgins! How else will our gods know we love them?!
"If her ethics were above reproach there would have been no meeting."
Exactly THIS^
From CNN:
A totally meaningless statement since the "determinations and findings" are subject to her influence and review.
and she already knows what the report is going to say: nothing to see, move along.
I'm not sure she knows what the report will say. She does know exactly which trashcan she's going to throw it in.
Lynch and Obama already know what they are supposed to do. The only reason for a meeting like this to happen is for Bill to deliver a threat, one that had to be unrecordable and couldn't be trusted to flunkies.
"Back off the investigation, or i will do to you what i did to Monica's dress."
Gah?!
I assume he reminded her that only Hillary can protect her from being indicted by the Trump administration and impeached by the even larger Republican majority that will be taking Congress.
Why would he remind her of something that's not going to happen? Trump isn't going to go after Hillary. That will be spending too much political capital for too little gain. And the Republicans in Congress are a fucking joke who will step on each other's dicks to do something futile and disastrous, like an abortion bill that will never get past SCOTUS.
No, this was something they dug up on her or Obama, a stick to go with the carrot of protecting Obama's legacy by providing cover for his many fuck-ups.
Huh? He already has, harder than McCain or Romney ever went after Obama. And she isn't even the nominee yet.
And I'm still not convinced Bill wants Hillary to win. From a comment on Steve Sailer's blog:
Except Hillary's biggest selling point is that electing her will put Bill back in the White House as her co-President. She has already stated on many occasions that she is going to put him in charge of economic policy "Because we all know he knows how to create a great economy!"
So if her Presidency is successful, Bill knows he will get most of the credit. And if it is unsuccessful, then he will be remembered as a better President.
Why would Trump go after her after a win? Consider that he's given her money, he probably agree's with what she stands for but needs to tack away from that in order to win the lifetime money lottery of POTUS.
Unless he saw some magical light in the last few years that caused him to stop being a New York Democrat. Or are we just not talking about that anymore?
"...she intends to rub her new, higher status in his face .."
EEEEWWWWWW......
Pretend I blockquoted SugarFree's entire comment, and then said:

I think it would be to inform them of the pending decision she's about to announce, to give them opportunity to spin it.
Ah, that's sweet.
"there is a clear ethical duty for attorneys general to recuse themselves at the mere appearance of impartiality"
I think you mean the appearance of *impropriety.*
This is correct. After all, it's the Chocolate Jeebus Administration.
OT: Shriek hardest hit: http://www.mcclatchydc.com/new.....02882.html
Au contraire, you can never hit shriek hard enough.
True, but hitting him is a good way to get lice. Better to stand back and throw things.
11, 12 million whatever. Fuck that.
Go back to the beginning - the reason for the government takeover of healthcare was 44 million uninsured. It's been six years. If the number of uninsured is more than 2 million, this thing is an abject failure.
If they'd sold this thing in 2010, saying "Well, millions will lose their current coverage, your $2,500 per family discount will actually be a series of double digit increases, but hey, we will insure nearly a quarter of the currently uninsured, mostly through Medicaid expansion" none of this nonsense would have gotten out of committee.
Serious question - why the fuck is the Attorney General flying around in a private jet? That right there has me questioning her ethics.
And WTF is that a "Department of Labor" photo?
The Attorney General has her own government plane. I assume the report is referring to that as a private jet.
http://dailycaller.com/wp-cont.....a-89aw.jpg
"I take (Loretta Lynch) & (Bill Clinton) at their word that their convo in Phoenix didn't touch on probe."
I'm certain he does; he just bought the north anchorage of a bridge from me.
Rather it probed on touch.
Even if Lynch is telling the truth (which I doubt) this meeting illustrates something that we here have known for a long time: these people are all pals. They are part of a clubby chummy ruling class. They all--even those who are ostensibly enemies due to being in different parties--have much more in common with each other than they do with any of us.
Once you have a government that tortures people, it doesn't matter that much what else it does.
We would also have accepted "murders people".
But given the way this administration treats the law, we can safely assume Lynch will never recuse herself.
Given this morning's announcement, how would you like your crow prepared?
Was that actually a recusal?
It was a non-recusal recusal. She can influence the report, and work it however she pleases. You think anyone will hold her to this statement? She did not say: "I'm turning this over to X right now"
"I promise to accept the recommendation of the people I hand-picked to give me the recommendation I want!"
DICK CHENEY MET WITH ENERGY EXECUTIVES!!! AND THEN WE HAD AN IRAQ WAR!! DO THE MATH PEOPLE
'The nation's top law enforcement official and the former president and husband of the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee?who is under federal *CRIMINAL* investigation?had a talk.'

The problem is that dear old Bill isn't ethical and it seems mighty strange it will now take 2 years to get emails concerning the Clinton foundation and influence peddling.
So they are dropping the TY?
Figures.
I didn't see this anywhere on this site so I thought I would pass it along -- for the record I still can't believe someone said this. I read on the news website "The Hill" the other day (was at work and couldn't copy the site), there was a former federal prosecutor who said, in order not to influence the election, if the feds decided not to indict Hillary that would be released before the election. However, if they decided to indict her, that news would be released after the election.
I really don't know what to say.
WTF? I can't believe that. I suspect that in order to be least disruptive to the political process, the decision will happen before the Democratic convention. Which is why Bernie is still around, and Biden is hovering.
That makes sense. Right or wrong, it's understandable that Democrats would call shenanigans if she was indicted during the general elections. I mean, it's their own fucking fault, and one could argue that by continuing to support her nomination, the DNC was basically playing a game of chicken with the FBI. But they might well win it.
Somebody mentioned it yesterday (I forget who). Also, somebody else noted that to not bring an indictment until after the election is influencing it.
Bill offered Loretta a well-paid job at the Clinton Foundation after she leave DOJ if she doesn't bring charges against Hillary.
Or maybe if she does. See my comment above.
Or, is Bill bargaining for himself?
The meeting was even worse than the article observes. The FBI is investigating not only Hillary's email system abuse, but also the potential abuses of the Clinton Foundation. Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea could all be targeted, but for the fact that they are above the law.
Hey Reason, you're doing a bad job of convincing us not to vote for Trump.
This calls for the Guatemala solution. Or was it Belize? The Central American country where the president unconstitutionally proposed a referendum to get another term, so was ousted over the US State Dept.'s objection.
Nonsense. Clinton and Lynch belong to the party of all right thinking people, and everything they do is for the greater good. Know your place, peasant!
RE: Clinton and Lynch?Corruption, Not 'Optics'
Conflict of interest much?
As we all know, there is no such thing as "conflict of interest" for those who enslave us.
This is know as "opportunity" for the ruling elitist filth making our lives miserable.
When will the masses ever learn?
You mean "impropriety"?
ha ha to harry ried commenting on anyone's ethics being above reproach: this in itself ought to be an automatic disqualifier on that subject. It's absolutely incredible how anyone with a half a gram of reason could possibly care what harry reid thinks; and even more incredible how the democrats have harry as the leader of their senate body. He is the embodiment of a totally polarizing, irrational person.
So Ms. Lynch and the whole FBI investigation are now tainted. She "apologetically" recuses herself, but now we have to appoint a special prosecutor and a two-year process ensues during which Mrs. Clinton cannot legally answer any questions. The topic is removed. The Bengazi report had "nothing new". So now Mrs. Clinton is snow white. We always think politicians are stupid, but they're playing the game at the professional level. No idiots make it to Washington, despite the name-calling.
Knowing the past history of someone gives you at least some idea of their veracity about a conversation. I can see it going something like this:
Clinton: Hey, Loretta, I just wanted to tell you about my retirement. I play some golf and make a few 20 minute speeches for big bucks in countries that want something from us. Heh, heh.
Lynch: So I've heard, sounds like y'all got it going.
Clinton: Listen. You gotta start thinking about your future after public service. I can fix you up with a nice do-nothing job at the Foundation and arrange for a few speeches for ya at $500,000 a pop---after Hillary's second term.
Lynch: Well, I'd rather not travel. I want to spend time with my grandkids.
Clinton: Yeah, the grandkids. It's not safe anywhere any more for our loved one, with all those terrorists killing folks over climate change. But Obama and I could vouch for ya and keep 'em safe, if you know what I mean, We have a lot of contacts in those countries thanks to the Foundation.
Lynch: (Gulp)
Clinton: Nice talking with you. Let's keep this between us, OK. Some folks might think the optics are kinda sketchy.
This is not a nation of laws. Let's stop pretending it is. Let's stop wondering why a nation without laws even has an attorney general
"Let's stop wondering why a nation without laws even has an attorney general"
It's one of fundamental unanswered questions along with"What is the meaning of life?" and "Why does sour cream have an expiration date?"
The fish rots from the head ! If Broncobama was any kind of president he would order the AG to recuse herself, but we all know pope Frankie will get laid before that happens.
The electorate is so dead, it appears, that changes will likely be made by means other than elections.
To those who believe that, I have a couple of lovely old bridges for sale.
So I'm clear this impropriety's purpose is to attract attention. The question is, what is happening that we are diverted from? Obama, for one, loves for us to be distracted.
Because they were caught, Lynch is giving more authority to an assistant.. whom is also an Obama appointee, ,, now she has an excuse?
Bill actually went into a voting center and told a voter, 'I hope you are voting for Hillary', a direct violation, but the DOJ leaves it to the DNC.
If Bill can promote his wife right inside a voting station and get away with it due to the DOJ, he will certainly get away with pressuring the DOJ on this matter as well.
Someone should have simply branded Bill when he was expelled from Cornell for assaulting women, all these dramas would not exist.
We can expect nothing but more 'dramas' from the Clintons, if elected, to include what they did before..
Records Set during the Clinton presidency.
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- Second president accused of rape**
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
Since when do the Clinton asswipes at unReason are about Clinton's corruption? They are doing their best to get her elected by continually trashing Trump at every opportunity, and anyone with half a brain, even Limbaugh, knows that Trump is the only other viable candidate. Gary Johnson is a sad joke. So hey unReason asswipes - what's it gonna' be? Trump or Clinton. Time to choose sides you LLSM lamebrain psychopathic lickspittle dumebass shitheads.
Good point. Trump is a true champion of freedom and of Libertarian values, good sir! I mean, I'm sure he was kidding all those times where he wasn't
" ...mere appearance of impartiality ... "
That should read "impropriety" not "impartiality." Impartiality in both appearance and fact are desirable.
The very nanosecond Clinton is formally indicted -
"She's innocent until proven guilty!" - the left.
Irony not lost on - normal people.
There never will be an indictment.
The very nanosecond Clinton is formally indicted -
"She's innocent until proven guilty!" - the left.
Irony not lost on - normal people.
Who are you kidding? The entire political maneuver was there to obfuscate and confuse, in order to distract from the actual facts and findings. All of a sudden, the discussion isn't about Hillary and her blatant disregard for national security, but a back-and-forth over Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch and whether their meeting was appropriate. Democrats can just keep playing this game, sacrificing one pawn after another simply so that the press and the people don't look at what really matters: that the queen made illegal moves.
That may well be so. Unfortunately, appearances of corruption are NOT the same as legal PROOF of corruption.
At least that was effectively what the US Supreme Court decided unanimously this week when it threw out the corruption case against former (Republican) Governor Bob McDonnell, and in so doing lifted the standard of proof of corruption in the US so high that it will probably be impossible to convict ANYbody in public office of bribery or other forms of corruption--short of a signed confession.
If all the evidence cited in the McDonnell case was not sufficient for Their Honours then clearly no court would now convict Lynch and Bill Clinton over Planegate.
"Slow motion train wreck"
2016 in a nutshell.
The polls are whacked out because people are lying about who they support. Trump supporters are called racist, ignorant trash all the time. This won't make them change their minds, it will just make them lie about their intentions.
That's true, and I heard another good point about polls the other day: they do a poor job of measuring intensity of feeling. A person may give a given answer in all sincerity, but won't necessarily feel strongly enough to do anything about it. A lot of Trump supporters strike me as being fervent; I think they're more likely to make it to the polls than a disgruntled Bernie fan.
The 2000's in a nutshell...
100%
Also, I believe polls ask if you voted in earlier elections, and down-weight or ignore your response if you say you haven't. But there are lots of people who haven't voted before who will vote for Trump.
Plus, some disgruntled Bernie fans will vote for Trump. I don't know any personally, but I know at least one Bernie fan who will never vote for Hillary.
Well, speaking of intensity, my wife hates, Hates, HATES Hillary with a white hot fire of a thousand suns. So there's at least one voter who Will be voting for Trump in November.
They also put too much stock in "disapproval ratings." I disapprove of Trump. I think he's a humbug, a blowhard, and an asshole.
But I'm going to vote for him. Why? Because I'm in Colorado, a purple tipping-point state, and however bad The Donald is, he's vastly preferable to Her Imperial Majesty Hillary I.
The Progressive Era in a nutshell...
