I don't believe in any of this.

Speaking as an atheist, there are some just hate worthy atheists, as there are hate worthy theists.

I'm with you. If it came down to having dinner with Pope Francis and a group of Central American priests advocating for the poor and having dinner with-- oh, say-- Greg Gutfeld and a group of aggrieved Randians I'd choose the former. Do you really want to have a discussion about how modern progressivism has grown out of a movement led by hipster elitists? Because I don't.

    2. Glide   10 years ago

And speaking as a theist, I completely endorse both sides of your point.

You know who really sucks? People. Most of them.

I long for the day that Sinead Oconner rips up a picture of the Darwin fish live on SNL. - anti atheist

Atheism is a damaged brand mostly due to the intolerence of its adherents. The only time you see atheists in the news they are attacking a nativity scene or trying to remove a cross that was put up by veterans. You never see atheists kissing puppies or saving kitties from the gas chamber or building a habitat house. Penn Jillette is the only advocate you have and even he admits he's an asshole.

Everyone has a friendly gay or Muslim that they know in real life.

Yes, they hate so much and this is the big time.
