Brickbat: Judge Not

A women's rights group in Spain has filed a complaint against Judge Maria del Carmen Molina. They say the judge interrupted the testimony of a woman who claimed her partner had raped her and asked "Did you close your legs properly? Did you close off your female organs?"

Well...did she?
I object. This line of questioning is destroying my case.
Seems like a question the defense attorney ought to ask.
STEVE SMITH ANGRY AT JUDGE. JUDGE GIVE WOMAN GOOD ADVICE. RAPE TAKE LONG TIME.
You know those Spanish men can't help themselves if you keep your legs and your female organs open.
Middle Eastern men are worse. They will get their friends to help.
Yeah, show them a little ankle or wrist and they go crazy.
Or when they smell Cologne.
*narrows gaze*
Ms. Molina is now running for the United States Senate as a Republican.
The inquisition here we go.
The inquisition no ,no,no
They can do that?
(asking for a friend)
As soon as you marry them.
Do female organs have a valve? I should have studied.
I believe there's a little button on the top of the entrance.
I believe there's a little button on the top of the entrance.
Someone guide me, please. Am I too be outraged at the judge or at the reaction to the question?
You should be asking about this "partner" - it doesn't mention the gender of this partner, but I know what referring to a person's "partner" used to mean.
Business partner? Cop partner? Cowboy partner?
Ladypartner?
THAT NOT MATTER TO STEVE SMITH!
If you need an anti-brickbat, another cop has been charged for killing somebody.
Sad day when that is good news.
no gnus is good gnus?
You ever had to deal with an infestation of gnus? Not fun.
You're a gnatural.
Most Americans are completely unaware of how ignorant and backward those sophisticated, enlightened Europeans are. That is why we should be just like them. Yep.
I'm mostly upset that the judge is asking questions of a witness. Isn't that the lawyer's job?
You're thinking Common Law systems. This is 'Enlightened Europe' (tm).
Are you suggesting I think before posting? How dare you.
should have thought about that first...
I dont think Sammy Do Dah is going to like that.
