Peanuts


Sarasota, Florida, Police Chief Bernadette DiPino says she was disappointed when she saw video of one of her officers tossing peanuts at a handcuffed man as other officers watched. Officer Andrew Halpin tossed peanuts at Randy Miller while Miller was being booked for trespassing. Miller, who was apparently intoxicated, tried to catch the peanuts in his mouth.
