Brickbat: Only Women Bleed

Elementary school Assistant Principal Kourtney Glaser began bleeding heavily during a school district training session. She was taken to an emergency room, where doctors determined her IUD had lodged in her uterine wall. She's OK now and wants to get back to work. But officials with Michigan's Eagle Mountain-Saginaw School District are refusing to allow her to come back. They say her problems were caused by anxiety and are demanding notes from two doctors and the release of her medical records before they will let her return.

Did they even bother to see if she weighs more than a duck?
Who are you, who are so wise in the ways of science?
"What else floats?"
"Churches!" "Very small rocks!" "Wood!"
"ExACTly...."
"So....if she weighs the same as a duck......."
So the teachers unions are solely about getting Democrats elected now? I thought they had power to stop things like this. Also, what does Rachel Dratch have to do with the story?
Rachel Dratch - harsh
Assistant Principals are in the teacher's union? Is the school janitor, too?
They're called "School-related personnel". The propaganda my mom (a teachers' aide) got from the union referred to "SRPs".
And then there's the term "paraprofessionals", although nobody was ever able to inform me of the differnece between a paraprofessional and a para-amateur.
I'm convinced the jargon is deliberate, and an attempt to keep regular people out of the know.
Sure why not.
"A letter sent to Glaser by the district cites "severe anxiety" as the reason behind a series of female bleeding incidents."
It looks like the real problem with stuff coming out of people's asses is with the school district.
I just don't trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn't die.

"You know, medicine is not an exact science, but we are learning all the time. Why, just fifty years ago, they thought a disease like your daughter's was caused by demonic possession or witchcraft. But nowadays we know that Isabelle is suffering from an imbalance of bodily humors, perhaps caused by a toad or a small dwarf living in her stomach."
Steve Martin - king of all Medieval doctors.
Medieval BARBERS...
A horny toad?
Well, let's see. Hysteria is an anxiety disorder, mostly found in women. Women have uteruses (uteri?), which bleed. Therefore women's bleeding is caused by anxiety.
