The West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, sheriff's office has charged Chanel Lemelle with cruelty to a juvenile. Witnesses say Lemelle, a first-grade teacher, kicked and slapped a student at school. She is also accused of taking food off the boy's plate at lunch, telling him he "only needed one taco."
