'If You Make 10,000 Regulations, You Destroy All Respect for the Law'
Churchill Academy in North Somerset, England, placed Stan Lock, 13, in isolation from other students after he shaved his head for charity. Officials said his shaved head did not meet the school's dress and grooming code and told him he'd remain in isolation until his hair grew out. But after news of the suspension spread, the school's headmaster said he would "review" the punishment.
