Brickbat: Bad Blogger

Vietnamese police have detained Hong Le Tho for posting "bad content" on his blog. Cops say Tho's blog posts "discredit and create distrust among people about state agencies, social agencies and citizens."

I call for arresting Oliver for all those times he posted bad links on this blog.
I call for arresting Fisty. No reason required
They were clearly agents from the Department of Irony.
Indeed. Clearly the agencies themselves most "discredit and create distrust among people about state agencies, social agencies and citizens", and should therefore detain themselves.
A story about an anti-government blog is reported on...by an anti-government blog. And is read by and commented on...by people with anti-government blogs.
Coming this winter...
Leo DiCaprio. Tom Hardy. Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
BLOG-CEPTION
Now THIS is what a police state looks like, people. But don't tell Obama -- can you imagine what would happen if we started dropping bombs in Viet Nam?
Bombs? He wouldn't drop bombs, man, he'd fete their leaders and send a congressional delegation of Reid, Pelosi, Warren, and Schumer to learn how to write awesome laws like that for him to sign.
Well there was that one DA who threatened any Obama haters with arrest....
How far off are we in North American and the UK from this really?
Not far enough.
People want to arrest global warming 'deniers'. Soon they'll want to arrest people who challenge public health and education.
So I guess not that far off?
Since we're arresting people for making scary predictions: Rufus J. Firefly, you are under arrest for predicting the end of free speech with your, er, free speech. You have the right to remain silent, but your silence can and will be assumed to be a form of incitement.
D'oh!
That's an additional count of unauthorized pop culture reference and copyright infringement.
Resisting, eh? Hey Larry! Bring the truck around, Rufus here just forfeited his assets
I look forward to the day when the people of Vietnam rise up and overthrow the commie rat bastards who rule them.
