Brickbats: Family Business
The San Diego Police Department fired officers Bryce and Jennifer Charpentier after they pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit burglary, possession and sale of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm by an addict, among other charges. The couple, who are married, would text each other to set up burglaries to steal drugs from people they met on duty.

I really can only see this as sad. The WOSD has failed so miserably and this sort of behavior should be expected, given how we've created a whole class of criminals based on what people put in their bodies.
