A Virginia woman who allegedly posted a naked photograph of her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend has become the first person to be charged under the state's revenge porn law.

Waynesboro police say Rachel Lynn Craig, 28, admitted she took the image of the 22-year old victim off her ex-boyfriend's phone and posted it to Facebook. The victim says she took the picture herself and sent it to her boyfriend, and that his ex (the accused) stole the photo and posted it on Facebook.
