Joe Biden Niece Avoids Jail After Hitting Cop in Her Manhattan Apartment
Going to anger management instead
The vice president's feisty niece took a conditional dismissal deal Wednesday in her misdemeanor Manhattan cop attack case.
Caroline Biden wasn't in Manhattan Criminal Court as her case was resolved because she's undergoing inpatient treatment for "her issues" including anger management, her lawyer James Liguori said.

To be fair, I doubt many little people would make it to jail if they hit a cop either.
Generally speaking, it's a very bad idea to offer even the mildest physical resistance to a cop high on testosterone and adrenaline- unless you are lucky enough to have been born into the ruling class.
