Wildfire North of LA Spreading; Police Have Three People in "Custody"

Three people were in custody Thursday morning as a fast-moving wildfire burning north of Los Angeles grew to 1,700 acres.
The Colby fire broke out about 6 a.m. near Glendora. Few details were available about the detained individuals, including whether they had been arrested. A news conference was scheduled for 11 a.m.
