Samsung Galaxy S5 Scheduled For April Release
Three month window
You read correctly, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will hit the market by April according to mobile chief Lee Young Hee who gave a three month window. It will see a release alongside the upgraded Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch. Nothing was mentioned on what will be different with the Galaxy S5 but in speaking with Bloomberg, Lee Young Hee said that Samsung would "go back to the basics." He also said that things with the smartphone would reflect a much more significant jump than the one between S3 and S4. On "going back to the basics," Lee said it was had more to do with the "display and the feel of the cover."
