Simmer down
The chief executives of Apple and Samsung have agreed to attend a mediation session next month, where they will go over the details of their patent disputes ahead of a court hearing in March.
Apple's Tim Cook and Samsung's Oh-Hyun Kwon will attend the private mediation with in-house lawyers by or before February 19, according to a joint court filing. The two companies' legal teams have already met to "discuss settlement opportunities".
