Pakistani police have charged Masood Ahmad with pretending to be a Muslim after he was secretly recorded reading from the Koran. Ahmad, who faces up to three years in prison, is a member of the Ahmadi sect. Ahmadis consider themselves Muslims, but the Pakistani constitution declares them to be heretics.
