Kerry: US, Allies Agreed on Iran Nuclear Deal, Iran Didn't
After Iranian negotiators seemed hopeful
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday that the U.S. and its allies had agreed on the tenets of an deal on Iran's nuclear program, only for the Iranians to say they were unable to accept the proposal.
Kerry spoke in Abu Dhabi, where he was holding a news conference with United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al-Nahayan.
