Classes Resume at Mass. High School Where Teacher Was Killed Earlier in the Week
Student arrested
Candles burn at a memorial outside the Danvers High School that has grown growing as a grieving school community takes the next big step forward. Classes were scheduled to begin Friday, just three days after 24-year old math teacher Colleen Ritzer was killed inside Danvers High School, right around 3:30 in the afternoon.
"A lot of kids were here. He plays football so he was here when all the events took place. I think that's troubling to a lot of kids knowing they were so close to a murder," said Lisa Smith, a Danvers parent.
