Former Royal Family Security Team Members Shocked About Princess Diana Reinvestigation
Insist it was an accident
Ex-members of the British royal family's security team were baffled Sunday at the possibility of a reinvestigation into Princess Diana's death in a gruesome 1997 car crash.
"I'm mystified…how any new information can possibly allege anything other than (that) this was a tragic accident," Dai Davies, the Metropolitan Police's former head of royal protection, told The Telegraph newspaper.
