Glee star was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room on saturday
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 16 (UPI) -- Canadian actor and singer Cory Monteith died at the age of 31 from a mixture of heroin and alcohol, an autopsy and toxicology tests indicate.
The "Glee" star's body was found in a Vancouver, British Columbia, hotel room Saturday afternoon. The actor had a history of substance abuse and had been to rehab several times.
