Virginia voters confronting their choices for governor this year feel much as Woody Allen once did: "More than at any other time in history," Allen wrote, "mankind faces a crossroads. One path leads to despair and utter hopelessness. The other, to total extinction. Let us pray we have the wisdom to choose correctly." But as A. Barton Hinkle reports, there is a third option: Robert Sarvis, the lawyer-turned-economist-turned-techie who is running as the Libertarian Party's candidate for governor.
