Does the Libertarian Moment strike before or after the federal budget hits 4 trillion dollars per year? (More than twice what it was when it was too big in the Clinton Administration.)
The independent results in Riggs post directly before this one kind of shows that Gillespie and Welch are talking out of their asses about an "independent moment".
