The lawyer who inspired a Washington catchphrase -- "the full Ginsburg" -- has passed away at age 70.

William H. Ginsburg, who represented Monica Lewinsky during the 1998 scandal that engulfed the Bill Clinton administration, became legendary for appearing on all five major Sunday morning talk shows the same day.
