NASA, SpaceX Team Up to Investigate Launch Glitch

A team of experts from NASA and SpaceX will examine what went wrong Sunday when one of nine engines aboard a SpaceX rocket failed during a NASA mission to the International Space Station.

The joint investigative team, announced today by NASA and SpaceX, is expected to piece together data from the Falcon 9 launch, specifically the failure of its Engine 1 about 79 seconds after take-off.
