Senior Saudi Cleric Calls For Restraint as Anti-American Protests Spread
Protests often violent in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen as well as Indonesia, the Philippines and the West Bank
Despite appeals for calm from the senior cleric in Saudi Arabia, protests were held for a fourth consecutive day, reaching Indonesia, the West Bank and the Philippines for the first time.
Demonstrators meanwhile came out again in force in Yemen, Afghanistan and Pakistan, where one protester was killed in clashes with police.
