N.J. Woman Denies Causing Penis Injection Death
Prosecutors say she gave fatal dose of silicone in penis enhancement procedure
A New Jersey woman pleaded not guilty Tuesday to causing the death of a man who prosecutors say she gave a fatal dose of silicone during a penile enhancement procedure.
Kasia Rivera, 35, pleaded not guilty to reckless manslaughter in the death of 22-year-old Justin Street. Both are from East Orange, and the case is being heard in Superior Court in neighboring Newark.
