Medics: Syria Fired Mortars at Palestinian Refugee Camp

Fighting continues in Damascus and elsewhere in Syria

At least 20 people are said to have been killed after Syrian security forces shelled a Palestinian refugee camp in Damascus.

Witnesses said mortars hit a busy street as residents were preparing a Ramadan meal to break their fasting. Doctors said dozens more were injured.
