Teresa Holmes, assistant principal at North Carolina's Union Elementary School, forced Justin Cox, 10, to strip down to his underwear and searched him after other students accused him of stealing $20 from a girl. Cox did not have the money, which was later found on the floor. Cox's mother says she is upset not only that her son was strip searched but that no one from the school told her. She found out from Justin after he got home from school.
