Ronald Bailey on the Edifying Pointlessness of the Rio +20 Earth Summit
Thursday was a dreary day. A weary dispirited calm has descended on the RioCentro Conference Center where the Rio +20 Earth Summit is being held. Even the frantic chirping from the environmentalist choir of doom was muted. As the conference slouches toward its pointless conclusion, Reason Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey reports that the big news is that there is no news. And that's a good thing for humanity and the planet.
