As the United Nations Rio +20 Earth Summit winds down, disappointed environmentalist mandarins are denouncing it as "outrageous," "epic failure," and "pathetic." Why? Because the official agreements embodied in a document entitled, The Future We Want, are mostly pious vacuities. But all is not lost.
