Despite much Republican fanfare over Gov. Scott Walker's triumph in the Wisconsin recall, Tuesday's results are not a harbinger for the 2012 presidential election, writes Emily Ekins. The recall results also do not portend public union denunciation. Instead, this week's recall showdown presages much-needed reform throughout the country. Thanks to Scott Walker's victory, more governors will now tackle the problems associated with public sector unions.
