    There are complex problems /
    Inherent in the bureaucratic institutions of the state /
    But there's no one to blame /
    It's a vast array of personal interests that conflict in a way that undermines the overall system

    Honestly I wish they would actually make this musical. I'd go see it just to find out how ridiculous they could get trying to squeeze it all in to a 90 minute musical.
