After her son lost his bus privileges for the fifth time for yelling, Valerie Borders forced the 10-year-old to walk the five miles to school. Jonesboro, Arkansas, police have charged her with second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. She faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
