I wouldn’t be so cavalier in your criticism, and assume there is not a website around where people can criticize your work performance on a regular basis.

        The guy who took the sample, rather than sending it off to the lab that day, as required under the contract, took it home and left it on his desk all weekend.
        
        I seriously doubt he tampered with it. Braun is guilty as hell. But MLB is guilty of incompetence and stupidity. What do you think they pay to administer that program? I bet I could do it for that wage. And I wouldn’t take bottles of piss home on the weekend. I promise.

        Apparently, Braun has passed 25 drug tests in his professional career. He claims that he passed three of them last year. On the test he failed, his testosterone was three times as high as it had ever been tested.
        
        Look at his numbers. There has been no sudden spike, a la Brady Anderson in 1996, in power (home runs, extra base hits, ribbies, OPS). Braun has consistently put up good numbers.
        
        Moreover, why do we assume that the tests are reliable?
