Seriously, I don’t see how this could get more wrong.

1) The “Super Committee” did not issue a report. That was Simpson and Bowles who issues a report on their own because they couldn’t get the committee to agree on anything. How can you criticize Obama for not listening to the committee when it didn’t say anything?

2) Obama did issue a “grand bargain” that Boehner said he liked that was very similar to what Mr. Simpson and Mr. Bowles suggested, then the House GOP revolted and it was scuttled.

3) The implication here is that Obama wants to have super PACs, which is silly. He can outraise any GOP candidate if there were no super PACs, so the field is better for him without them. However, it would be idiotic to eschew them if the other candidates are going to use them.
