Ronald Bailey on Why the Durban Climate Change Vows Are Made To Be Broken
The new climate change agreements arduously reached last weekend at the 17th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has been widely hailed as an "historic breakthrough." Reason Science Correspondent Ronald Bailey finds that the conference actually reached not much more than an agreement among countries to continue talking about the things they disagree about.
