The country of solyndra needs more money. US please send aid!!
…Alec Baldwin is a Hollywood Limousine Liberal with a bad temper problem– but he’s got point about the silly FAA rules on “passenger” electronic devices.
Both United Airlines & Alaska Airlines boast about giving all their pilots “iPads” for fulltime cockpit use … to replace bags full of paper charts & stuff. Many other airlines are pursuing that option.
So all this supposed ‘danger’ to airliners from ordinary consumer electronic devices is BS.
Mr. Gillespie!
It might restore my faith in humanity if someone mentioned on television that the Obama Administration is attempting to slap tariffs of between 50% and 250% on solar panels manufactured in China.
The United States Commerce Department opened a trade case against China’s solar panel makers earlier this month, at the request of SolarWorld Industries America and six other American solar companies.
The Commerce Department said it was considering punitive tariffs of 50 to 250 percent on Chinese solar panels, based on preliminary evidence that China was “dumping” solar panels in the United States below the cost of making and marketing them.

What does any of that have to do with Solyndra?
It’s further evidence that the Obama Administration isn’t about solving the problem of global warming so much as it’s about trying to favor and protect its favorite companies.
Anybody that’s fighting to raise the price of solar panels as much as 250%–because they aren’t being manufactured by the Obama Administration’s favorite companies?
Isn’t really trying to save the environment.
Cheap imported solar is part of the solution to global warming–and that makes the Obama Administration part of the problem.
Just watched Cavuto. Good job, Jacket.
