Ryan Wesley Jones has sued Utah State Patrol Cpl. Lisa Steed after she allegedly Tasered him during a traffic stop. Jones said Steed pulled him over and asked for his license and registration. Those were in order, but she then asked him to take a breathalyzer test. Jones said he would like to talk to a lawyer before taking any test. That's when she threatened to Taser him if he didn't step out of his vehicle. When he repeated his request to talk to a lawyer, Jones said she Tasered him.
