Traffic Cops
Police in Adelaide, Australia, didn't respond when Tyson Coates called to report his car was being stolen. Nor did they come when he called to report he'd seen it. They also allowed someone to drive off with the car after pulling him over. Police say the officer didn't realize it had been reported stolen. They finally recovered the car, only to turn it over to someone else who claimed to be the owner. But they eventually got the car back and returned it to Coates.
