Don't Make Yourself at Home
Bernalillo County, New Mexico, sheriff's deputies arrested Charles Mader after he moved out of a dumpster into a homeless shelter. Mader is a convicted sex offender who is required to register his address with local law enforcement, and officials say he did not informing them of the move.
