Watch Where You Point That Thing
In Palmerston, Australia, Tom Herbert, 12, was minding his own business playing outside, when he was suddenly confronted by five police officers shouting at him to drop the weapon he was holding. At least two of them had their guns out. They pushed him to the ground and had started to handcuff him when they realized the "weapon" he was holding was a broken curtain rod. Police say someone had reported seeing someone hiding behind a fence and holding a rifle.
