Reason Senior Editor Radley Balko will speak on police militarization tomorrow night at 7pm in the Jiminez Room of the Stamp Student Union at the University of Maryland. Also speaking: Berwyn Heights, Maryland Mayor Cheye Calvo, who whose home was raided and dogs were killed during a botched SWAT operation in 2007.
The event is open to the public.
