Stomping on Flowers
The sunflower may be the official flower of Hilliard, Ohio, but city zoning officials weren't happy when Kelley Daniel painted one on her house. They say the mural violates city laws requiring buildings to be no more than two colors and ordered her to remove it. The zoning appeals board upheld the city's claims. Now, Daniel must repaint the house to conform to the rule or take the city to court.
