I voted, obediently. Now I feel unclean.
That 20 lbs made you look like a new man, Glenn.
Booze and bacon? Is it possible to synthesize fried bacon in an ethyl alcohol matrix?
What, you don't own any bacon-infused vodka? Dumbass.
Where's Episiarch to explain?
My intuition is that you might want a non-polar solvent to get the lipidy goodness of the bacon fat. If there's a natural congener in vodka that qualifies then you might luck out.
Some of the congeners (the things that give alcoholic beverages their flavor and that probably contribute to hangovers in addition to the osmotic stuff) like acetone are at least polar aprotic solvents but I'm not sure what species of molecules they'd solvate in bacon.
It does sound like a worthy research project though.
"Rue the day?" Who talks like that?
One for the old fat guy living under the bridge on government cheese.
I'm experiencing a crisis of loyalty. One of his competitors is a pretty lady.
These people need StrongLifts 5x5. Actually most people do.
They also need to buy Rippetoe's books so they can learn to squat properly. Whenever I see fratboy shitheads trying and failing miserably to squat, I have a hard time not pummeling them with an Olympic bar.
Squat Nazi!
StrongLifts takes the same approach though Rippetoe is way more in-depth. If 300-lb powerlifters can get their ass to the their calves, anyone can with a little practice.
