Bad Dog

Kelly Walker's dog Spork bit a veterinary technician during an exam. The tech and the veterinarian both filed reports with LaFayette, Colorado, animal control, which cited Walker for having a vicious dog. If the citation is upheld in court, the city could euthanize Spork. Walker says the citation violates state law, which says owners are not liable if a dog bites a vet or someone who works closely with animals. She also says it's silly because Spork is a dachshund.
